We flew to this hotel on November 28 this year with a group of 8 people. Upon arrival, we were settled immediately, but the rooms were given on the outskirts, and after looking at them, we decided to change rooms closer to the sea. At the reception, we were offered family rooms, we went to look at them, it was terribly dirty there, there was a cockroach lying near the room, we, of course, refused, and went again to resolve the issue with the rooms (we needed 4 rooms). We were offered superiors for a surcharge of $160 from each room officially through the cashier. We agreed, because it was still closer to the sea. When we came to these "superiors", we were simply stunned - dirty, the beds were wrinkled, it stinks, there is hair in the bed, and this number is on the superior (that is, the numbers, all four are close to each other - 4022.4025, 4028 and 4029) do not pull. We have been to Egypt many times and have something to compare. We read reviews before the trip, and didn’t pay attention to bad ones, because they didn’t think that everything was really so bad there.

We went to the Old City, and when we arrived, we went to this room, and we saw a bug on the floor near the bed. We put him in a glass and carried him to the reception. The employees began to laugh at us, and assure us that it was not a bug. Then we asked them why then room 4022, in which the mother-in-law lived, was closed and processed? They did not answer us anything, and offered to take our time and look at other rooms, they said that they would put us all on the first line for free. We went to watch these numbers, the girl Laura said that there were never any cases of bedbugs in them, and if anything, you will be the first . . like this. She also said that in the building where we were settled for an extra charge, namely where the numbers 4022.4025,
4028 and 4029 - bedbugs were poisoned there and no one lived in this building for a month. I asked how they could accommodate people in such a building, where even the smell had not yet disappeared, and even for money? She closed her eyes and fell silent. We went to look at the remaining two rooms, and in one there was a cockroach on the floor. We refused the rooms, and went to the reception to the guide, asking them to give us another hotel. Since there are bugs in the rooms, two people from our company were bitten, cockroaches, dirt, the cleaner is not removed, there were plates in the corridor near someone's room for 2 days, and the cleaner did not even clean them, as well as the rooms, although he went there - here regularly. The next day we were settled in another, good hotel, thanks a lot to the Coral Travel company and the guide Sheriff from Sea Magic, he helped us a lot and treated our request with understanding.
