For Russians and Ukrainians the hotel is terrible!! ! The staff settles in the rooms of the 6000 series - these are houses at the very entrance with a view of the desert and landing planes. I had to go to the reception and demand a change of room, after long conversations they gave me a room in the main building overlooking the playground. But the sea is on the other side! Although I was ready to pay extra $ 8 per day for a view of the sea or the pool - they refused, although there are plenty of places in the hotel! In general, I got tired of this idiocy and settled in the right wing on the 2nd floor. On the first night, I woke up 3 times from bites, at first I thought mosquitoes and decided not to open the door to the balcony tomorrow and killed all the mosquitoes. The next night I woke up from terrible bites, turned on the light and oh. . l (photo below). At 3 o'clock in the morning I went to the reception to talk with the general manager on this situation. There, the usual administrator said that supposedly these are mosquitoes. I had to lead and show bedbugs !! ! We returned back to the reception here you can see he called already Ch. manager and began to explain in his own way according to the situation. I didn’t understand what conversation took place, but the general manager caught one and asked about who the tourist was !! ? They explained to him that the Russians here all calmed down and decided to quietly relocate to another building on the 1st floor, the number is even worse, I hope without bugs !! ! The rest is spoiled, for less money one could find a good hotel, and not this 5-ku and spend more time on vacation !! ! I still have to go to the doctor, because these bites have caused terrible blisters !! ! Who needs a vacation like this?
