We arrived at the hotel at 8.00. Nice managers at the reception, who put our entire group of 40 people in a room until 11, which was very nice. The room is good. If all you need. Conder, refrigerator, telly all worked. The iron is brought on demand in 10 minutes. Towels were changed every day, but not bed linen, for all the time they changed never. We asked for 2 bottles of water to be brought to us. By default, one 1.5l. Every day they left a van dollar.
I would like to highlight the staff. This is the best thing about this hotel. The people here are kind and generous people. Honestly, there is no such thing in Ukraine. Everyone is very hardworking, we have never seen cleaners or gardeners standing idle.

The territory is large, well-groomed and green. we had a room overlooking the pool, but there is no difference at all, the main thing is to ask for the room to be on the second floor. From the room to the sea 5 min walk.
There are many pools. There is enough space on the beach for everyone. The sea is beautiful, the pools are often windy, but the beach is protected from the winds.
About the bad:
The food is just awful. If it weren't for sorbex, we would be sitting in the toilet all the time, well, forgive me, but it is.
The choice is large, and the first and second and desserts. But the quality is just terrible. We all the time wondered how, with all the necessary products, you can be so confused.
Do not eat meat in salads. Only whole pieces. That is, if you see a whole chicken, you can still.
People in the market are very annoying, we were not ready for this. Everyone told us that bargain with them with a smile and everything will be ok, but no, they only understand hard bargaining when you say your price and leave. Works at 70%
