We were on vacation at the hotel from June 4 to June 11.2017. After checking into the room, it turned out that the plastic toilet seat was cracked, the shower hose was damaged, and there was no telephone connection. Only 2 days later, after the 4th appeal to the duty managers, the hotel's technical service installed a new seat, replaced the hose, 3 days later the telephone set was changed. There were no mutual claims. On the day of departure, the room was handed over at 12-00, departure to the airport was planned at 18-45. From 18-00, for more than an hour, the senior manager Emil and other hotel employees threatened and prevented us from boarding the bus, and, accordingly, leaving for the airport, extorting us 50 dollars for the plastic toilet seat that we allegedly broke. From a young couple who stood up for us, they began to demand 20 dollars for an allegedly lost beach bag. When we finally boarded the bus, these hotel figures blocked the departure of the bus. Representatives of the tour operator Join Up refused to help us, and then completely disappeared. We and the second couple were forced to pay 50 and 20 dollars for unlocking the bus, the managers refused to issue checks for paying. Rest is spoiled, material and moral damage has been done. Attention! The hotel is run by scammers and extortionists. We, foreign citizens, are not protected from the arbitrariness of the administration, in particular, the senior manager of the hotel, Emil. I really do not recommend!! !
