And it turned out to be a cheap yushka. Immediately upon arrival at the hotel, and this is 8 am, we went to the restaurant to have breakfast. And I have never seen such scarcity of food in all my visits to Egypt and Turkey. The chef doesn't eat there himself. Of the fruits, there were chopped apples soaked in water for some reason, chopped melon, ugly oranges and sometimes dates. Upset of course, but went to see the numbers. I must say right away that the territory is large. On the seafront is the reception, swimming pool and restaurants. All buildings are located in the depths of the territory, 2nd line. the first buildings consist of suites and deluxes. If you think that for some symbolic price you will be settled in them, then you are mistaken. You will have to pay extra 12u. e. per night. But it's not worth it. We watched them. They are slightly larger than the standard and do not have a sea view. We were placed on the first floor of building 5. It is the closest of the standard. But to go to the restaurant for about 7 minutes for sure. And keep in mind that it's hot. The rooms are old and so is the furniture. I especially didn't like the shower room. Water flows badly. On the second day we decided to change rooms from the first floor to the second. And our relatives had a broken toilet seat during check-in, the shower hose was leaking and the telephone did not work. They immediately reported to the reception, on the 5th, the managers wrote down. On the 6th they said again, they wrote it down. Only 7 they came and changed everything. On the day of departure, we extended one room, as we flew out at 10 pm and transferred all things to us. They handed over theirs at 12, and we went on to rest. At 18.00 they released theirs and went to pay and wait for the bus, it was supposed to arrive at 18.45. They paid and began to wait. Senior manager Emil came up to them (photo attached) and said that they owed $50 for a broken toilet lid. We began to explain to him that it was not us, that it was up to us, that we left applications and told everyone. He did not even want to listen, but said that he would not let us out of the hotel. What can I tell you: I heard that some hotels practice money scams, but I could not even think that I would get into such a thing. For the fact that my husband and I intervened for our relatives, they also demanded $ 20 from us for an allegedly lost towel bag. I can say that this is not the word unpleasant. I don’t even know if it’s good or not that we had this money and we gave it away. Everyone arrived at the airport nervous, terribly upset. All good impressions vanished.
