As a rule, I do not write reviews, I only share my impressions on the Facebook page. But this time I will not hold back. I have visited this hotel twice this year: in April and in July. I will not describe the hotel, everyone here wrote to me. The hotel has everything you need for a holiday! Of course, if you search, you can find stains on snow-white underwear! And in the hotel you can find some shortcomings. But they are meager and do not interfere with the rest. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the hotel staff remembers tourists, it's nice when they call you by name, welcome. I felt as if I had come to visit my family. All the staff are just great! I am so grateful to them for these two vacations of mine - three weeks this year were extremely happy! All my wishes were fulfilled as in a fairy tale! It all depends on the person with whom you address the staff, if friendly - you will feel like a sheikh, if you are rude - in return you will receive a restrained coolness.
Hence all the negative reviews. I never drank drinks from plastic cups, only from glass ones, the juice was packaged (my juice is full (thank you, Ahmed! ), There were always pleasant surprises on the bed, figurines that never happened again : ), fresh flowers on a table in a vase etc . : hello everyone! If I want to make my seventh trip to Egypt, this hotel will be a priority! I wish everyone a great mood, and then a pleasant holiday guarantees!
