The settlement itself was difficult. Instead of the required 14:00, the room was provided as early as 15:30, feeding at the reception with excuses that the room was empty, but not cleaned. The air conditioner worked fine after a little adjustment (because at the beginning the maximum temperature was only 15 degrees, which was somehow cool, but they fixed it after contacting).

The room was cleaned daily. The bed was changed once in a week.
Detergents include soap, gel and shampoo. The gel and shampoo were replenished for 4 days, and then they stopped, but it was enough before departure.
Towels are changed daily, but their set is not constant.
Beach towels are also changed in the room, but since you usually take them with you, it is difficult to use this replacement. Twice they caught the cleaner in the evening and asked to replace it - he replaced it quickly enough without question. There is a separate bag for beach towels.
Territory.
The territory is large. There are pools and working slides. There were plenty of sunbeds by the pools.
You can take advantage of free trips: a sightseeing tour of the city with shopping, an evening trip to Soho Square, a trip to a leather store.
You can visit the Sun Set restaurant for free once. In total there are three paid restaurants.
A bus (taf-taf) should run around the territory from morning to night every 10 minutes. He walked, but there were very serious interruptions in his work (breakdowns, etc. ), which were somehow not very advertised by the staff. Sometimes you wait for him and it is not clear whether he will come or not.
And through the entire territory it was necessary to go 500 meters in the heat, which I did not always want to do with towels and flippers.
Beach.
There is an elevator to the beach next to the main restaurant and the Infinity Pool, which operates approximately from morning to 7 pm, then you can walk to the beach if you need it.
There were enough beds. Beach towels and things did not seem to be stolen, if not left after the beach closed.
There are 2 paddling pools near the shore for kids and not only.
The pontoon is short (10-15 meters) and quite stable, with two ladders into the water. Forward (into the sea) it will definitely not work to swim - they will whistle.

You can swim 200 meters to the left, then the buoys ended and then there was an uninhabited zone with some kind of uninhabited iron pontoon, after another 200 meters it was a little reluctant to swim somewhere (if something happened, they would not immediately notice you there and help ).
To the right, you can officially swim only to the buoys about 50 meters. After the buoys, they whistle at you. Our 50 meters is not enough, so we boldly swim further, you can first show the lifeguard (‘whistle’) that everything is in order and your actions are realized. The first pontoon on the right of the neighboring hotel is about 150 meters from ours, the next exit is another 80 meters. You can swim further.
The only thing worth paying attention to is that during the new moon there were quite strong ebbs and flows before lunch and in the late afternoon. Therefore, calculate your strength, because it may be easier to swim in one direction than in the other. Just pay attention to this moment, especially if you are sailing with a child far from your pontoon.
If you swim to the right and get off on someone else's pontoon of a neighboring hotel, then you won't be able to return along the shore in the normal way, because you will have to climb a two-meter wall at the junction of hotels. At least I didn't see any other way.
