My mother and I vacationed here in the first two weeks of September. I really liked the hotel and bewitched with its views. The hotel has a variety of pools with different depths and locations, including an infinity pool with magnificent sea views, a 1.5-meter deep relaxation pool surrounded by palm trees, where children under 16 years old are not allowed, and where you can enjoy relaxing music, a swimming pool -a water park, as well as 5 jacuzzis - three with stunning sea views, and two by the pools.
But in addition to the pools, an extraordinary reef (by the way, the hotel has its own Dive Club, and you don’t need to go anywhere for a diver, you can dive right from the pontoon, or just snorkel) and a beautiful green area with numerous trees and flowers, a special plus of the hotel are his staff.
Everyone is very friendly and attentive, they will always help, say something nice, give smiles, and even flowers : )
Special thanks to Ahmed Tarek (reception manager), who throughout the rest helped to solve any of our questions, and simply made it so that it was impossible to approach the reception desk without a smile.
Thanks also to Mustafa, the manager of the main Bay View restaurant and his team of waiters who are always there and look after each guest like a king. In general, the staff at the hotel is very friendly, smiling and caring, starting with the reception staff and numerous bars (on the beach, by each of the pools and just on site) and restaurants and ending with the Green team caring for the hotel area, everyone always greets you and wishes you a pleasant recreation.
And of course, you can't help but write about the animation team! The guys are just great! They did not let them get bored for a minute, entertaining guests with games, exercises, yoga, dancing, and also putting on great shows every evening! Winnie is the best presenter in the world, Yulia is a real lighter, to watch how she dances and sincerely enjoys what she does, and it’s simply impossible to sit still yourself, Marik will not let you get bored and will definitely pull you out to play volleyball or darts, and make you laugh to tears with their jokes, and Lesha and Olya will finish what they started. Marina will entertain your kids, and the music that Mido puts on just doesn't leave you a chance to get bored - the guests are constantly dancing and enjoying their time together with the animation team.
In short, a great hotel that you can talk about for hours.
