I chose this hotel based on reviews on this site + price category.
Arrived ok 2 days, immediately offered to dine. We went into the hall, a lot of people, everyone is busy choosing people, we were not wearing bracelets, but no one asked anything. The hall is large, as for me, the choice of dishes is varied - meat, chicken, beef, stewed vegetables, side dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits. BUT. Immediately caught my eye is not very clean toilet next to the hall. When we returned to the reception, they asked us to check into the room, they tried to tell us that there were no rooms, it’s better to eat with a surcharge, I asked if they didn’t let us in, then they gave the keys to the room and mini-transport took us to the building.
The room is dirty! Dust, the floor is not quite clean, it seems that the bed is not clean. They didn’t change the towels without a kick, about cleaning, if there was, then they took it in the middle with a rag and that’s it. When they left, the young people tried to demand a gift, but somehow there was no mood to do this for such service. The hotel consists of several 2-storey buildings, we lived in 5, small front rooms, stairs and long narrow corridors. So, near the neighboring rooms, vacationers left plates with half-eaten food and glasses, which were removed after 3 days.
To get to the central building, where the main dining room and restaurants were located, it was possible to use a bus that ran every 5 minutes, or on foot, min 5. In principle, we were in no hurry, we walked ourselves.
Breakfast was offered from 7 to 9 (actually until 10), lunch - from 12-30 to 15, and dinner - from 18-30 to 21-00; Plus, on the beach, restaurants at the reception and near the pools, drinks were offered from 10, from 11 to 17, snacks (french fries, ala shawarma, hot dogs, vegetables, etc. ).
The sea from the beach is accessible at a maximum of 5 steps, further there are corals, in total you can swim in the sea from the pier, mostly people swam in masks, because it’s very cool to look at the fish swimming in the water. In addition to the sea, the hotel's reservoirs are represented by several pools, one of them with slides, plus, if you go to the end of the beach to the right, then up the stairs, there are 3 jacuzzi pools (found the day before departure).
As such, there is no discotheque in the hotel, a trip to the city was offered daily after 11 pm until 3 am (entrance and travel is free, for drinks - $ 10), from entertainment - animators worked on the beach all day, in the evening - the stage and tables, every day new performance.
In total, I, as the first time vacationing abroad, liked a lot - nature, the sea, food, pools, categorically no - dirt in the room and lack of cleaning.
On the 4th day we went on an excursion to Israel - because of the customs, there is no desire to re-visit it, we went for 1 or two gallops around Europe - we saw a lot of things, but understood little.
The tour operator offers a free tour, apparently paid for by the shops where we were taken - the Nefertiti oil factory, a souvenir and cosmetics store.
