The hotel is very beautiful, there is everything for a good rest. BUT!!! ! I’ll start from the first day, they settled us right away, since we arrived after lunch, there were no towels in the room at all, if you read reviews earlier, you know that beach towels are also changed in the room, called the reception at 15-00, wrote down.... , after 2 hours there are still no towels, 3 times I went to the reception, twice I turned to the duty manager.... as a result, at 23-00 I practically “gnawed out” towels (3 beach towels, only 2 bathhouses, there were three of us : )), the total of my appeals to the girls at the reception (they can’t help at all) and the managers counted 7 or 8 times, the first day fucked up, thanks to the service of the hotel. Then everything is like on vacation in Egypt, there is food in restaurants, there are queues : ), the hotel is completely filled, everything is as always in the bars.... If you are going to this hotel, keep in mind that with such a filling of the hotel, there are not enough beach chairs, you have to come at 7 o’clock to take a sunbed : (((The pier is also a separate story, but the question is not for the hotel, but for our compatriots, the pier is not big and all the time there is pandemonium, it’s not even the point, it’s not possible to go down the stairs from the pier, both children and adults jump right on their heads, no one pays attention to anyone, in order to swim normally with a mask, you need to row meters 10 along the reef, near the pier, "jumpers" dispersed all the fish. In the last two days, it's generally funny, we come at lunch, there are no towels, the room is not cleaned, a dude comes out who cleans stupidly comes to the room picks up towels, I had to go and catch him, by the way a dollar was always left, except for the last days. And this situation is not only with us as an exception, people also went with us for towels, on the beach, in conversations, almost every 5 has such a story. In Egypt, not the first time and not even 3, I love Red oh sea, twice a year it’s stable there, but I don’t recommend this hotel categorically, even good emotions didn’t block the negative.
