I am one of those tourists who try to ignore any shortcomings of the hotel and in burnt out light bulbs, leaking pipes, a terrible smell in the cabinets (all this was in our room) I try to look for only pluses, but dessert when leaving the hotel in the form bills for $ 25 for the plastic chair allegedly broken by us, which was on the balcony, completely killed me! No explanation that we did not break it and in general did not go out to this balcony during the entire rest, did not convince the evil manager that I was right. It turns out that for a paid ticket, tourists must EVERY DAY check the integrity and working condition in their room, and not relax and swim in the sea. I was clearly given to understand that they would not let me out of the hotel, the bus would leave, and in general it would be cheaper for me to pay this bill than to buy new plane tickets. Thus, my child and I became HOSTAGES of this hotel!! ! We all understand that $ 25 can be survived if you really broke this chair cracked from old age, but it's just SHAME to DECEIVE your guests like that !! ! I have a certain suspicion that such chairs are walking around the hotel and at any moment can be on your balcony. Separate respect to the cleaner, who did not disdain to take tips and chocolates that his child treated him to and in return such a mean trick!
