Arrived before 14:00, but settled very quickly. The staff is friendly, everyone is smiling and making the child laugh (very nice)! The room is clean, everything is neat, folded. Also delivered a cot (no extra charge). Cleaned every day, no complaints (no dust, towels clean, washed).
I also constantly cleaned the territory. Very nice and green. In the evening, the pools were also constantly numbered.
Cuisine: delicious, a large selection of everything so we did not bother. Chefs in gloves. Everyone is very friendly, there was not a day that the baby was not happy)))))). She stocked up on food for her child, although she later learned that she could also order various purees for such little ones for free.
I liked that there is a place on the beach and for children, where the water to the knees) in the evening, saw that the sunbeds are washed.
It was something to compare with, as we delayed the flight and moved us to another 5 * hotel Cyrene Grand Hotel.

Everything is so radically different: dirty, in the bathroom through the fungus, someone else's hair all over the tile and the bathroom. Little red ants are climbing ...The kitchen gave the impression of a Soviet dining room (dirty, food is scarce and tasteless !! ) access to the sea is inconvenient.
