We have been in Sharm 7 times already and have been in different hotels.
Sea:
the reef is super! , the best we have seen in Sharm! ! Lively, great length, a lot of fish, both small and large! ! Pantone is good - short and stable, which is very convenient!
Rooms:
normal as for Egypt, cleaning - for $ 1 there are no complaints.
BUT!! ! the extractor hood in the bathroom did not work in our room, and 3 days before departure, the air conditioner broke down !! ! And no matter how much we didn’t call and didn’t go to the reception, they didn’t fix anything: they say “yes, yes, of course we’ll do everything now, everything will be fine” but things didn’t go beyond words : ( It didn’t work out for good, but I didn’t want to swear.
Nutrition:
average, just a lot of different things, but not a lot of delicious dishes. Of the minuses - no cooking on the corners, only an electric grill.
Service:
It just doesn't exist!! ! Tourists on their own, i. e. practically self-service! There are practically no attendants at the bars on the beach and bars near the pools: no one carries drinks, glasses are lying around, ashtrays are dirty, etc.
On the beach in a bar, if you don’t give $, then the bartenders are rude and constantly fulfill the order with dissatisfied faces.
Territory:
Large, can be divided into several zones:
1. The beach is on the lower level, very large, you can go down by elevator (4 elevators from 6 am) or from the level of residential buildings along the road.
From the beach, you can climb the stairs to the jacuzzi area in the same place and there are sun loungers with umbrellas. I liked it very much!! ! (3 small pools of approximately 6 sq. m. )
2. Two levels above the restaurant area and a large pool near them.
3. One more level up the stairs - reception and lobby bar. Everything is old and not very clean : ( glasses are dirty, if they are not washed often
At the reception, there are mainly tables and so-called chairs, only one sofa
4. Another step up one level - residential buildings across the road
In the middle - the first large relaxation pool (quiet, without music and animation) with a bar
At the end of the buildings (and the farthest from the sea) the main pool with slides, loud music and animation (2 slides out of 3 work, the largest slide is broken, and it is unlikely that they will repair it)
There is no bar in the middle of the pool in this hotel : (
5. Animation:
not very active, exercises on the beach and a lesson in oriental dances, in the pool near the restaurant, aqua aerobics, water polo and other water games in the main pool.
That is, if you want an active holiday, you will have to run from the beach to the pool next to the restaurant, then back to the beach, then to the main pool with slides
6. Territory: large, well-groomed, relatively green for Charm. There are large flower beds with huge cacti, very beautiful : )
Although the territory is large, and I had to walk from the room to the beach for about 5-10 minutes, this is not a minus, but a very pleasant walk : )
If not for the lack of service, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
