We flew with friends to this hotel for the May holidays from Kyiv
We live in Odessa
After a hard working day and moving to Kyiv, a flight from there
Finally got to the hotel in the evening.
At the request to settle us closer to the reception, they said there were no places and settled in the very last building, although our room category was high
1. The hotel is huge
We went back and forth for two hours to choose a room - it didn’t suit us and they didn’t solve the problem! They promised to move in the morning! We tired did not argue and agreed
2. We had two rooms
Friends were placed in the standard category (although the deluxe was paid)
3. In the morning we were not relocated and any attempts to settle us closer ended in a scandal!
On the second day, we decided to forget about it and stayed in our rooms
4. The territory is beautiful and large with Mama pools to love the taste and almost every building has its own

5. The food is not bad in my opinion (although my friends think otherwise and say it's bad
6. Bars near the pool are normal and the main bar at the lobby is something - or rather, some rude waiters who do a favor - but there were also friendly waiters! Although in this hotel 1 dollar works wonders
7 deluxe room is huge but needs renovation
8 the beach is not bad but there is no direct entry
It is rocky here, covered with sand to deceive the guests! The reef is not bad although I've seen better
9 the infinity pool is nothing beautiful in this hotel - we were practically there -
10 has its own hookah where they make a good Hookah, although I love Minced meat, if anyone knows this wonderful place, they will understand me! If you don't know write me and I'll tell you
11 The main restaurant is more like a canteen and you don't serve fast there!
Finally, I can say from my own extensive experience that there is the most rude staff that I have seen in Egypt, and I have seen a lot
