The only plus of the hotel is the coral reef. It goes straight down the wall to the depth, a lot of fish, we even saw a swordfish, and a flock of dolphins swam into our bay. The sea is very warm, clean and beautiful) This is the only reason why it is worth going to Egypt and not to this hotel! I do not advise.
The quality of service is terrible. Especially the food: monotonous, poorly cooked and tasteless, the cheapest products were chosen, there was practically no seafood, except for the usual fried white fish, sometimes squids (3 times out of 10 days for the whole vacation), one melon, dates and pears, watermelon was 2 times only on the weekend, the same situation with everything else, the choice is very limited. In addition, to take the main course, you need to stand in a huge queue for it in a restaurant, and then another queue for a side dish, if you don’t want to eat one french fries for the whole rest. As a result, in the very first days of rest, we had severe diarrhea (all 4 adults) and so throughout the rest, it’s good that we took a lot of pills from the stomach.
The room is ordinary, cleaning it depended on how much money you left. Beach towels should be changed in the room in the evening, for this we had to call the reception 3 times to change them at least once during the whole holiday. The territory of the hotel is huge, there are many pools and they are all dirty, fragments of broken tiles are sometimes groped at the bottom. Public toilets are also very dirty (and all because of diarrhea). In addition, the attitude of the staff towards visitors is negative. I pass my Arabs everywhere and are served out of turn.

During the rest, we were faced with another very unpleasant situation, in the evening they wanted to play billiards. At the front desk, the girls said that they needed to look for some guy in a striped T-shirt on the territory. The search was, of course, unsuccessful. After that, the same girls could not help us in any way, while playing billiards was an additional service for money. They called the administrator, who walked to us for a very long time, and then with a disgruntled look said that he only works in billiards from 9 am to 6 pm. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description of the hotel. After our question that this is an abnormal situation, when everyone who wants to play billiards in the evening must first look for someone, and then find out the time from the administrator, we were told "It is normal for us" (this is normal for us). All characterization of the hotel in their own words.
