1. All the unpleasant adventures we had with this hotel started from the settlement. From the airport we arrived at the hotel at about 8 am (the plane from Kyiv was at 3:30). The three of us rested (I want to emphasize this) and, accordingly, the room should be triple. We waited until 14:00, but the settlement did not take place, around 18:00 we signed the documents and we were given the keys to the room, while claiming that the room was TRIPLE (this was asked repeatedly, as there was an unpleasant experience with sofas / folding beds in 5* hotels in Sharm). Arriving in the room, we were shocked! The room is small, with only two beds and all accessories (care/tea/coffee/towels) are also for two. When we returned to the reception, the guy promised that they would bring a sofa there (I don’t know where it could be put there - the room was very small), to which we refused and demanded a full triple room. I'm sorry, but we paid for three people, and not for two and some incomprehensible sofa, on which only a child will fit !!!! ! The guy agreed and began to draw up the EXCHANGE of the number, taking out the CHECKBOOK and the words “Now we will change the number and you don’t come here anymore, even if you don’t like it, ” were said - the words of our Russian girl who works there (what kind of exchange can we talk about , if initially the number did not correspond to the number of people who are asking for money???? ). We reacted negatively to these actions of the hotel employee, perhaps even too loudly and sharply, refused to sign anything, especially an incomprehensible check. I want to note that it was already around 19:00, and their guests after the night flight were still not settled! We achieved the corresponding room only after we called their boss and even then they had NO WHERE to go!
Bottom line: we arrived at the hotel at 8 am, and settled us at almost 8 pm!
By the way, the room itself is terribly dusty, huge layers of dust on the bedside tables!

After 7 days of rest, the air conditioner broke down in the room, we reported the breakdown at 11 at night, but no one came to repair it, only the next day at lunch the air conditioner was fixed, but after 3-4 hours it broke down again. This was repeated for 3 days - breakdown / repair / breakdown / repair.
I would also like to mention that when we told the reception our room number, the question was asked several times: “Are you sure that you live in THIS room?? ” Apparently, the number that we won is not provided to Ukrainians / Russians, but only to Germans / Italians, etc. I don't see any other explanation.
3. Basically, all the waiters and bartenders were friendly and polite, but not always.
4. There are a lot of Italians, Germans, Poles, Slovaks, local Egyptians and so on in the hotel, so there was a noticeable infringement in service, especially in bars. For Russian-speakers - drinks in plastic glasses, for English-speakers - in glass bottles. I witnessed this more than once.
4. Animation is great! The guys are cheerful, open, simple, with whom you can always talk. I would like to mention Danya, Vika and Anton!! ! Guys are giving 100%
5. The territory is huge, we personally compared it at the Otium Amphoras hotel, and in this regard the difference is noticeable.
6. The food is good, but the truth is monotonous - I agree with the previous commentators.
