We rested in this hotel in early October, since it was our first trip to Egypt, we were very worried - but as it turned out, in vain. We arrived in Sharm at 5 am and at about 5 am we were already at the hotel. With the settlement, of course, it was tight, so they settled only after the 15th day, as they left lunch. And in principle all the time since 5.30 in the morning we were left to ourselves. Things had to be thrown near the hotel. where they have a collection of things in the open air of those who have arrived or those who are leaving. At 7 in the morning we went to breakfast, changed clothes and then relaxed on the beach sunbathing and swimming in the sea. We went to the reception several times - but received an answer - that the room was not yet ready for occupancy. And they settled in only after lunch. with service they are of course very tight, when we were settled - there was not only shower gel and that's it. I had to beat them out so that they would bring us all the bathroom accessories (shampoo, scrub, etc. ). After 3 days they wanted to change the towels. threw them on the floor - the result was taken away, but they did not bring new ones again. Knocked out a day of towels at the reception and the cleaner. They like to take tips, but they don't do their job properly. We lived in room 5202, located somewhere in the middle of the hotel, so it was a decent walk to the reception or to the "dining room" or to the sea. The staff is friendly, but it was clear that there was a big workload - the bartenders made cocktails well only the first time, then they messed up noticeably. Apparently they were waiting for a tip, often swearing and shouting in their own language. The guides are very insistent on excursions, telling incredible stories if only you went, handed over money, and then skimped on various bazaars, shops, a Nefertiti factory, and so on. The territory of the hotel is huge, well-groomed and very green. We couldn't get around the whole area. 6 gorgeous beaches. the coolest of which is relaxation. children were not allowed there. The food is good, but there is little variety, there was almost no seafood at all, except perhaps fish and sometimes squid. There are a lot of different meats, fruits and vegetables, but all vegetables are tasteless, salinity cannot be eaten at all. Very tasty fish, lamb. beef. this is a terrible chicken. Sausages, sausages are not allowed at all. A very large selection of sweets - for every taste and color. its just unmeasured. Impeccable sea and reef for which it was worth going here. very large and nice beach, but there were not always enough sun loungers. A lot of fish, beautiful reefs - this is such beauty that will forever be remembered. Be sure to take a mask and snorkel with you - otherwise there is nothing to do in the sea, + the sea is very corrosive to the eyes. In principle, the rest was very pleasant, we can recommend and we ourselves want to come back again. The main thing is to fix and improve the service - and so a great vacation, for people who were in Egypt for the first time.
