We had a family vacation at the hotel from 03/14/19 to 03/21/19.
1. By settlement. The guys don't work very well. We arrived at 6 in the morning, promised to settle by 14:00, changed clothes, had breakfast, went to the beach, came at 14:00, they answered us by 15:00 we would definitely settle, raised a scandal, settled. Even if you are settled at the beginning of the hotel, transport runs in a circle and you can drive to any place.
2. Cleanliness. Dirty dishes in places, windows, in general, the guys still need to work on cleanliness. But the pools are cleaned, the beach is clean, the rooms are cleaned more or less.
3. Territory. She is very gorgeous, beautiful, green. You can see that people put their soul into it. It's nice to walk around and look at it.
4. Location. The hotel itself is located far from civilization, when you leave it there is nothing nearby, you need to get a taxi everywhere. Taxi drivers are cunning, I had to bargain and knock down half the amount.

5. Beach. It is magnificent, the entrance to the sea is awesome, the reef is bombed, the beach is clean. The only negative is that there are a lot of people and if you come late to the beach, you will have to look for a sun lounger and a place under the fungus for a longer time.
6. Nutrition. In general, one monotonous, fruits, vegetables are standard, without exotic. Chicken meat, kebabs, beef, fish are in abundance. They even gave octopuses and crabs. I have not seen a single starving tourist, drink as much as you like. The alcohol is weak and not very tasty. 4 restaurants, one free, the other you can try 1 time per trip. The remaining 2 did not happen to try (fish and Italian). Snacks, french fries, meat, steaks are prepared on the beach.
7. In general. In general, the hotel is good, the staff is friendly, except for the guys at the reception, who are clearly not happy with their work and have no respect for tourists. In the evening, shows, discos, everything is standard but fun. There were practically no mosquitoes, March is the windy season, so we were not very lucky with the weather. The hotel itself is worthy of respect, a beautiful, pleasant hotel, if I were asked would I come back here again? boldly answered yes.
8. Minus. Never, under any circumstances, choose a travel agency - JoinUp, scoundrels who will ruin your vacation, reschedule your flight to an unacceptable time for you and wash their hands of it. Worst travel agency ever.
