Rested two couples: me with my husband and daughter with a boyfriend. I really liked the hotel! There is something to compare, in Egypt were many times in different hotels.
We flew through join up, the flight was late, we arrived almost at night, we didn’t have time for dinner, but we had a bite at the bar while the documents were being processed. The rooms were very good, the children are in the 6th building, we are in the 7th. At first we were worried that it was far from the sea and the dining room, but then we went by bus that runs around the hotel. Very comfortably! Personally, we never more than 5 min. he was not expected.
The territory is beautiful, very large and well-groomed. All in flowers, cacti and flowering acacias.

The food is normal, we have seen both better and worse. Breakfasts are the same, but lunches and dinners are very good. And they gave seafood almost every other day, chicken, beef every day in different types (stewed, grilled) of two types of soups. Of the fruits, oranges, grapefruits, finnicks (cool), melon, watermelon, apples, rarely bananas.
There are a lot of pools, almost in every branch with a jacuzzi, snacks and alcohol near everyone. Alcohol is the same as everywhere in Egypt, not very. . . but the cocktails are delicious, the beer is also okay.
Did not like the bartender at the relax pool, very unpleasant. They treat foreigners well, but badly for ours. The pool itself is excellent.
Daytime animation is not very active, it takes place on the beach and near the pool with slides. The animators are pleasant (we especially liked Marina and Yura). They try to invite people to entertainment, but the people are passive, they don’t go very much.
Evening animation is not bad, sometimes even very funny. If you come a little earlier than 21, then there are always places. And in general, people write that there are not enough places, sunbeds... well, I don’t know....we always had enough sunbeds everywhere on the sea (on the territory of Valtur there is generally an empty beach), and near the pools, and at the bars. I don't understand who is writing this.
Cleaning in the room could have been better, very symbolic, although the cleaning of the children in the 6th building was much better.
They say the staff is terrible. Again, I totally disagree! If you greet, smile and see yourself kindly, then the same attitude towards you! We didn't have any conflicts with anyone.
And now about the main thing for which we went! Reef and sea! Here they are great! There are many fish, the reef is beautiful, lively. We especially liked to swim in the morning towards the neighboring hotel (to the right) very beautiful.
There were 4 lagoons for children.

But I want to warn all vacationers about the surgeon fish. Trouble happened to me, well at least at the end of the vacation. There are a lot of surgeon fish near the reef itself and in the lagoon. You don't have to play with them! I didn’t know if I was standing in the lagoon near a pebble, the fish didn’t like something, apparently it was her territory or she was protecting her females, but she first spun around my legs, and then unexpectedly attacked. As a result, 10 stitches in the clinic. The beach workers reacted very quickly, pulled out, disinfected the wound while the husband called the insurance. Then, after the clinic, the general manager came up to the room and apologized for the fish))).
So it's better not to get close to the surgeons.
In general, we all liked it! I can recommend the hotel!
