We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will be going again.
The check-in was quick and the first and second time. The second time even faster, we were placed in the block we asked for. The reception staff is friendly, there are Russian-speaking guys and girls. The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful, well-groomed. It is obvious that they are trying. I especially liked the succulent garden. There are many pools on the territory. Excellent animation, kids club. In the restaurant and bars, incl. and on the beach, everything is clean. The staff is friendly, and this despite the fact that we caught Ramadan. The rooms are good, spacious, the furniture is tired, there is shampoo, shower gel and body lotion in the shower, though there are no shower caps (I don’t need them, but there were in other hotels), there are no slippers and bathrobes, but the towels are very clean and changed according to requirement. Housekeeping, as elsewhere in Egypt - well, men can not clean the way women do. But cleaning every day. There is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee, dry cream and sugar are constantly replenished, there is enough water.
The food is quite deliciously prepared (believe me, there is something to compare with) both in the main restaurant and in the bars. The only thing for dinner, when the influx of people, the meat was undercooked a couple of times - it was raw, if they added a little water and stewed it, it would be super. The food is varied, vegetables and fruits are fresh, a wide variety, there is a choice, in sufficient quantities. Of course, I would like the restaurant to have coffee machines (there were in another hotel - coffee and tea are tastier and always hot). We will definitely come back to the hotel! I highly recommend the hotel!
