Отличный отель! Excellent hotel!

We rested with my family (I, my husband, their child is 8 years old) from November 14 to 22. Tour operator Pegas Touristik. Orenburg Airlines flew there and back. The flight there was delayed for 1 hour, but this is not critical, back without delay. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am. Check-in, as elsewhere, after 14.00. Because at that time, the hotel was not just full, but practically packed to capacity, it was not possible to agree on an early check-in either for money or without them. But we weren't upset. We had breakfast, changed clothes and immediately went to the beach to swim and sunbathe... When, after lunch, we returned to the reception, our room was ready, we were able to check in... We were settled in room 7315 (building 7, next to the diving center and a couple of minutes walk from the swimming pool with slides). . .
At first, we were upset, after reading reviews on the Internet that the rooms in the distant buildings were the worst, but in reality everything turned out to be not bad at all... The building is new, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable... When we checked into the room, a fruit basket was waiting for us - rubbish, but nice.
I don’t know how reliable it is that only Russians are accommodated in distant buildings, for example, we didn’t have any Russian neighbors, only foreigners... In general, there were very few Russians in the hotel, 5-10 percent of the total number of vacationers. . . The main contingent of the hotel - families with children and elderly couples.

They cleaned the room every day, changed towels every day and changed bed linen every three days... Tips were left daily (1-2 dollars), and our cleaner surprised us daily with various intricate figures from towels.
In restaurants, the food is more than decent, you could always find something new for yourself... In the restaurant there was no feeling that you were in the canteen, at the entrance you are always met by a waiter and escorted to a free table... Drinks are also brought by the waiters and fast enough. . . For all 9 days of rest, we never noticed queues in restaurants. . . I really liked how they cooked fish, especially in sweet and sour sauce. . . Amazingly delicious pizza and lasagna. . . Wonderful pastries and sweets... There were always fruits - apples, pears, oranges, bananas, melons... Free ice cream at dinner... digestion.
The sea and the beach are amazing! It is very convenient that there are 3 cleared entrances to the sea, for vacationers with children it's just great! In the same place, many beautiful fish swim in shallow water, if you feed them with bread, a whole flock flocks, even if you catch them with your hands... Our child was simply delighted.
I really liked the pool overlooking the sea, it is the only heated one in the hotel... We didn’t swim in the pool with slides, because. the water is very cold.
There were always free sunbeds on the beach and by the pool, no matter what time you came... You can always take towels without cards and in any quantity... We didn’t even have to borrow sunbeds ourselves, we always gave a couple of dollars to the boy who works on the beach, he himself brought towels and occupied empty places for us.
In general, all the hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. . . Everyone always smiles, greets them and asks how they are doing. . . Russian tourists are treated just as well as foreigners. . . Almost everyone understands Russian, which is very good for those who don't speak English very well.
The animators are great, we really liked their evening shows... The animators are practically all Italians, but there is also a Russian girl Anastasia, who dubs everything into Russian.

I really liked the spa center in the hotel, we went for a massage with pleasure (I went for a relaxing one, my husband went for a sports one)... I highly recommend it - you won't regret it!
In general, we had only positive emotions and impressions from the hotel... I think we will definitely come to it again!
