We ordered a tour to Sharm through the Join Up operator with a departure at 00:05 from Kyiv. As a result, a few hours before departure, they changed SkyUp to Bukovina and rescheduled the departure for 15:30, -1 day.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we had dinner and then check-in. At the reception they showed that our room was almost on the outskirts of the hotel. Asked for a room closer and better, changed for free +++
The room is good, cleaning was every day, but superficial. They put some water in, changed the towels, wet the floor, and that was it. There was a wild stench in the closet (maybe because of the very material from which the closet was made).
Food is the same. Twice during the entire stay for dinner they gave octopuses, crabs (after which we spent a day in the restroom). The main "restaurant" is very noisy, a lot of people, you need to ask the waiters 2 times to bring drinks (beer, wine, etc. ), go faster yourself.
Fresh juices could be bought separately for $ 3, other drinks: wine (diluted), beer (not bad), yuppies (tin, one paint), cola, fanta. Tea bags, boiled water and a cup are brought to the table, I don’t talk about coffee at all, it’s tin. They bring a kettle, it has a burda with the smell of coffee, you pour it into a cup - a calamute mixture, it is impossible to drink. PLEASE buy regular bar napkins and put napkins on all the tables, well that's easy, not to mention toothpicks. Fruits included watermelons, melons, oranges, figs and apples.
You could have a bite to eat at the bar near the pool with Gorki (by the way, two of the 3 Gorok worked, one for children, the second from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16) burgers, french fries, vegetables that had not been eaten since last evening! !!
Alcohol - bad, diluted. For cocktails, everything was poured from some kind of plastic bottles (it looks vague). The only thing you could drink was beer, the so-called "mojito" and gin tonic. It is better to bring alcohol with you.
The sea is wonderful, the reef is very beautiful, True, a small pontoon, not very convenient. There is a jacuzzi near the sea, it’s also worth going to relax (if a crazy couple doesn’t climb in there and don’t sit there for 3 hours and don’t let anyone in).
Wi-fi is bad, it catches only in the lobby, we bought an orange card at the Sharm airport for $10 (out of the declared 10 GB of Internet, we got 4).
On the second day, we went to meet the join up guide. "Only today, only now, buy a tour from us at a unique price, only for you and Bla-Bla-Bla. " We were seduced, took an all-in-one tour for $ 75 per person.
And now this day has come.
We were picked up from the hotel around 8 am, then they took us to the rest of the hotels to pick up the rest. We are driving, we are driving, and then we CRUSH into the other 3 or 4 buses. To say that my whole life flew before my eyes is an understatement. As it turned out, ONLY THE BRAKES OF THE BUS HAVE FAILED.
Thanks to the Universe that no one was hurt in our bus, sympathy for those 5 Italians, a little girl who was carried in her arms. Everyone is in a panic, no one needs an excursion anymore, return only to the hotel, to which the guide replied: it’s impossible, we crossed the border, it’s about an hour to go back, everything is ok, now they will replace the bus and go further.
As an "apology" we were each brought a bottle of water from the nearest gas station. We got to the quadrics, they don’t have rear brakes, it doesn’t matter! We went in a column, then they took us on a camel ride, rode a yacht, fed us a “seafood” lunch (! 4! shrimp, soup with the smell of seafood, chicken, rice, salad, a couple of pieces of some kind of fish) and landed. Further on the program, there was supposed to be a reserve, but due to the current situation (accident), we “are a little behind, there will be no reserve. ” Well, yes, of course, it's okay, these are our problems.
Oh well, at least take us whole to the hotel; )))
Dear Administration Join up, stop saving and cheating your tourists, CHECK ALL YOUR BUSES before putting people on them, review your company policy or better just close.
