The hotel was chosen by chance, in the turmoil of pre-wedding preparations for an advertisement for a travel agent. Given the rather tight budget, we hoped that the quality would be much higher than the price. Since the flight was from Kyiv, we left for the airport a day before arriving at the hotel. After a day in the train-station-plane, we were brought to the hotel, and we just dreamed of lying down and relaxing a little, but we were happily announced that the check-in would not be earlier than 2.
Having made attempts to explain that we had a wedding the day before yesterday, yesterday the road for 24 hours, showing a marriage certificate, we were dryly told that the fact that you are newlyweds does not change anything, go from here, wait for the settlement. Well, thank you for putting on the bracelets right away and allowing us to use everything on the premises. Getting into the main restaurant you are immediately impressed by the quantity and variety of food. The food is all simple, but there is a lot of it, it is different, it looks very appetizing. What was cooked at the hotel turned out to be very tasty, but unfortunately everything that was bought somewhere, locally produced, turned out to be just disgusting and tasteless, like paper. Whether it was sausages, milk, juices, more like yuppies, it was simply impossible to eat everything.
Another feature of this particular hotel was the drinks in the bars. We are not alcohol drinkers, so we asked for soft drinks. No matter what you ask for from the list of drinks, they will make you some incomprehensible mishmash. And no matter how many times you ask for the same cocktail, each time they make you a new unknown mixture. I watched many times how people who drink alcohol did not even bother with the names, but simply asked for a “pink” drink and the bartender interfered with something that came across to a friend. Several times my husband was denied a drink, justifying this by the fact that soft drinks are only for children.

At two o'clock in the afternoon we were settled, the room was clean, large, although the window overlooked the pool with very loud music from 10 am to 11 pm. When asked at the reception to upgrade the category of the room, we were told that they do not have such a service, and if we want to change the room, we must pay its full cost, about $ 200 per day. Naturally, we refused this option, just spent a week with the window closed. Otherwise, the sea, the beach, the territory, housekeeping, the room itself, everything is great. The only recommendation for people traveling for the first time, in any case, do not agree to free tours at the hotel. Waste of precious rest time and nerves.
In conclusion, I want to say that in spite of everything, we were satisfied with the rest, we will definitely come to Egypt more than once, especially to Sharm, but it will certainly be neither this hotel nor a hotel of this chain.
