Big, cozy, beautiful, green hotel. Normal service and food, normal beach. Cleaning in the rooms, as in all hotels in Egypt in this price range - bad.
Everything is fine, except for the red and barely warm water in the bathroom from the taps, up to the lack of hot water in the evening, when everyone comes to the rooms from the beach and starts to wash. The pressure is weak. Air may just come out of the faucet. And it really spoils the impression of the hotel.
Repeated complaints about the temperature of the water in the shower does not solve the problem. After the appeal, there is always a reaction - an employee comes, reports that they have eliminated the problem with the boiler, but in the evening of the next day it is still cold to take a shower. Water is hot only when it is not needed. The performance of the boiler in the residential building is clearly not enough.
