There were nuances - once in the room, they checked everything, and it turned out that the lock of the door to the terrace was broken (it did not close). Immediately reported this to the concierge and the fuss began to eliminate this problem. The hotel staff came one after another, but exactly the one who needed it came after contacting the reception and after about an hour and a half from the moment it was discovered, the problem was solved. The next nuance - we left the room and decided to check how the card for opening the front door lock works, and it simply did not open)) We were a little dumbfounded, and the mood began to deteriorate. This time we immediately contacted the reception desk, and about half an hour later the same repairman came, checked the lock electronics, explained in plain language how to use the card, and that was the end of our negative impressions.
Everything else is a solid positive, which completely blocked the not-so-best start.
Everything worked in the room, it was clean, there were no unpleasant odors, as some of the reviews below wrote. The water is clean, with good pressure, around the clock. It is worth noting that our room was Superior (2134), maybe it depends on it. They cleaned every day, perhaps superficially in some places, but there was no obvious garbage anywhere, and one could only find fault with some little things that really do not play absolutely any role. Every day in the room put 2 and a half cups of water, tea, coffee. During the rest period at the hotel, my wife had a birthday - a surprise was waiting in the room - a cake, about which no one had previously asked))

The food in the main restaurant is quite varied. Yes, it is noisy there, but it should be so, given its capacity and the number of tourists. Tables are cleaned and servered after visitors very quickly. It happens that there are few empty seats, but I never had to stand and wait for someone to get up during my stay. From food - fresh vegetables, fruits, salads, sauces, soups, rice, potatoes of various types, beans, sweets, bakery products and much more. At first they ate in such a way that on the third day they realized that they needed to slow down, because. often overeat) There were seafood - squid, crabs, octopuses. Meat every day - chicken, beef steaks, meatballs, something else, everyone did not have time to try). Some food is given in portions (turkey, large baked fish), but even without this food in bulk.
We also had three free visits to a la carte restaurants. Were in three different - all liked it)
Alcoholic drinks at the bars are not very tasty. But this does not prevent our people from having a very “cultural” vacation) There is more than enough of everything.
The territory of the hotel is beyond praise. Everything is very well maintained, clean, lots of greenery of different kinds. The only thing is that they remembered about the cactus grove on the penultimate day in the evening, they searched and searched, but they could not find)) The territory is huge!
