Reef Oasis attracted us with the 1st line, all inclusive, the reviews were very good, and we were driving to get to Israel. We asked to give us the number that we filled out in the questionnaire, gave a tip from ourselves at the reception, in the end nothing worked, we were offended. There was a case when the sewerage in the washbasin clogged in the room, but it was solved within half an hour. The food here is delicious. Animation every day, in the evening there was also something to do, it was not boring. There was animation on the seashore, and on the territory of the hotel too. We bought an excursion to Israel from a hotel guide, because there was a guarantee, if they didn’t let them through at the border, there was a hotel bus at the checkpoint to pick up people who weren’t let in if you buy a tour outside the hotel, and if you don’t let them in, you need to to get to the hotel by taxi, and this is an additional waste. We were given a guarantee in case of failure, they would return 80% of the cost, no one on the territory gave such conditions.
