Today my mom and dad flew to this hotel. Mom was in Egypt more than once, but in order to make an excellent impression on dad, they took the most expensive hotel from the offered 1700 dollars for two for 9 nights (at the same time there were fives of 370 per person). She calls all in tears: they settled in a tiny room without a balcony. It stinks of laundry, it is not possible to open the window; there is immediately a window of another hotel and it stinks of smoke. There is water in the bathroom and it stinks. The food is brought for a long time (on arrival at the bar they waited about an hour for sandwiches). Cars drive around the area. Asked for another room and was told to pay $300. And when they said that we would write on the Internet, they answered well, please.
So whoever has great reviews, maybe it was, but my parents are there now, and not in January and March of this year, but now. So it's just HORRIBLE. For this money, we could go to a simple five with the whole family, in which we were more than once, and by the way, we always liked it sooooo much in Egypt, before this hotel !!! !
