We were in Egypt for the first time, there is nothing to compare with! The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of many tour agents, chose about a month. For such a price, according to the reviews of both friends and the tour agents themselves, you should not expect something incredible, everything is at an average level. After reading the reviews of "experienced", I personally doubted, my husband was more supportive of Rehana. We arrived at 7:45 and were at the hotel by 9:00. Everything is very fast and organized! I met a guide at the hotel, but he didn’t help when checking in, and I understand why - since the reception DEMANDS money for a room that would suit us. The tour agent recommended building 3-4 to us and said that she called the hotel and asked for a room for us there. To which at the reception we were told that this could not be and that in 3-4 buildings the rooms were of the "family" type, and not the standard. Of course, they had a note that we were in Egypt for the first time, and that we could be bred, and they offered a superior room with a sea view with an additional charge of $ 15 per day. Naturally, we refused and started talking directly,
to give us the room we paid for. Then the administrator offered only $15 for the same room! We agreed, since it was the closest building to the sea and the room was improved and not standard. Then it's porter time!! ! He stupidly impudently asks for money for taking our luggage to the room. But we knew this in advance, we prepared for this. The territory is large, beautiful, well-groomed, no comments at all! We really liked the room, everything worked, everything is clean, close to the sea, pools, restaurant. It was building 2, room 2102. The cleaner tried very hard, cleaned everything, washed, did not leave a tip for several days, because they could not exchange money for small ones, but the quality of his work was not reflected! By the way, you can exchange money at the same cleaner, porter, they always have $1 bills. Always left enough water (2-3 bottles of 1.5 liters), coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. Hot water was in the room all the time!
Checked in - 9:30 am and we went to breakfast. Since we don’t eat much, we always had something to choose for breakfast: a lot of feta, cereal, yogurt, milk porridge, buns, toast, croissants, pancakes, donuts, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages and sausage (didn’t like it! ), vegetables, tea, instant coffee, fruits. For lunch and dinner, there were always 3-4 types of soups, side dishes, meat (chicken, beef, meatballs) and (or) fish on the grill (mackerel, hake, I didn’t recognize the rest), meat and fish not on the grill, various stews, vegetables , salads. There was always something to choose from! Of the delicacies: for 7 days of stay, there were octopuses on the grill 2 times, crabs 1 time. Fruits varied: melons, oranges, pomegranates, watermelons, dates (fresh and smoked), guava, grapes, persimmons (very tasty! ). I liked their national desserts (similar to baklava), but cakes that look like cheesecake are simply disgusting! We were never hungry, we always ate. From 12 to 17 the food court worked, quite tasty burgers, French fries and fish, pizza,

donuts, pancakes, ice cream, pasta, vegetables. The staff is friendly, always helpful and answering questions. The service is not 10, but as our tour agent said "they try very hard. " Drinks - it seems like everywhere else, for the same price! Yuppies everywhere, vodka, rum, whiskey, gin, wine, local beer. There is Sprite, Fanta, Cola from branded bottles. Tried the white wine - wow! Rum and cola - tolerably! No juices, natural coffee. On this they drank tea, sprite and water. Animators were seen, they were always invited to various activities, volleyball. Our goal was to swim and sunbathe, so we spent all the time at the sea. The sea is clean, transparent, very beautiful. In the morning the tide is low - you can walk in special shoes and look at the fish. After the tide, in some places the water was up to my neck (with a height of 170). Since I swim badly, I was afraid to swim from a pontoon. But sometimes all the same hung, holding on to the railing. Wow, beautiful fish! Blue water, even saw huge fish!
The sea in Nabq Bay is the same everywhere - restless, windy, stormy. But in 7 days only 2 times the red flag hung before lunch or even earlier. There is nothing to go to Egypt without a mask and special shoes! The water is very warm. Minus - at 17:00 it is already starting to get dark, the sun is setting and you can’t swim in the sea, but then we went to the heated pool and also swam a little there. There is a water park near the reception and slides for children near the restaurant.
Now about the tour operator - Anex tour. All comments before this are true! Indeed, on the 2nd day of arrival, they rub that some kind of registration is needed and that you need to go on tours only with them. Rave! we went on a free trip to the city at their points: prices are 2-3 times higher than in the hotel and in the market nearby. Anex tour has very expensive tours. Diving, bathyscaphe, ATVs, parachutes are cheaper to go with the guys on the beach. They have a license. We went diving with a guy named Halim, for 2 we paid $ 60 (my husband dived 2 times, I just went).
I liked it very much! all day on the high seas, different points for swimming and diving. Personal advice - if you are taking 1 dive, dive at the 2nd or 3rd stop. At the 1st place, a lot of people dive, and we spotted - people only 5 minutes under water, although they promise 20. When my husband dived already at the 2nd place, there were a couple of them, so he was under water for about 15 minutes. If you want to Cairo or Israel - there are plenty of local agencies. You can go to the site, read reviews and choose. Prices will pleasantly surprise you compared to Anex! A wonderful guy Sam (Semyon Semenych) works in the lobby in the oil store, you can ask him, he will always give advice. And his oils are cool, with a license, I took it for myself, 3 times cheaper than at the Aneks point. Leaving the hotel, turn right, walking along the hotel line on the left side you will see many markets and shops. There you can buy fruits (delicious mangoes and pomegranates), souvenirs, bags, and a lot of everything.

Don't forget to bargain! They drop the price dramatically!
Azureair Airlines - no complaints, scheduled flights (the return was an hour later, but it worked out for us), everything was ok with the transfer. There are a lot of checks at the airport of Sharm on the way back and our Interavia in Boryspil takes a long time to issue luggage.
