Rested in this hotel since March 1.2023 to 5.03. 2023.
We arrived early, at 8 am we were already at the hotel, we were offered to go have breakfast and then they will see if they can check us in earlier.
After breakfast, we were checked into a family room, our suitcases were brought to the room, and I gave 2 euros for tea, to which I was told "this is a gift? it's too little"
I asked him to exchange a $100 bill, he exchanged it and the smallest bill was $10, and I gave it to him. A smile immediately appeared, he brought a cleaner to us and told us that if we don't like the cleaning, to contact him, and asked to be called Vin Diesel.
The number is terrible, I'm not picky, but the number was just killed and it was very sad.

There was almost no cleaning, for the fact that we left 2 euros, swans were spun from towels for us, and the bed was made, but the room was not cleaned, towels were not replaced, swans were spun from used towels, and then we could not understand whose towel was where, and we lived 4 people in the room. Such a cleaning.
The service is at a good level, all the staff are smiling, they ask if everything is in order, if you like everything, especially in the restaurant, they are very attentive to vacationers.
The food is at such a level, almost the same all the time, a couple of times there was delicious meat cooked on the street.
The animators are well done, they constantly entertain the vacationers.
The territory is very beautiful, green, everything is well-kept, beautiful flowers, trees, many pools, but 3 of them are heated.
The sea was warm, you can swim both from the shore, but it is shallow, above the knees, and from the pier, which is there, there are a lot of beautiful fish that are not afraid of people.
What I didn't like was the fact that locals were constantly walking along the beach and very persistently offering their services, massage, spa, excursions, photos, etc. , every day they were busy.
And those who plan to rest in this hotel, be prepared for the fact that at 10-11 in the morning there will be no more beer at the bar on the beach and by the pool.
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, although they are poisoned with some kind of smoke, but there are still mosquitoes and they bite a lot, even sprays do not help.
And another minus is that there are a lot of Russians who go all over the beach and it's not very pleasant to lie down and listen to how they "swollen yesterday and how they are cool"
Our flight was at night, so we extended our stay in the room, from 12 to $1.20 per person, from 12 to $2.30, children under 12 are free
