I'll try to write without swearing. Pros: large, green grounds, a vibrant reef (lots of fish right in the shallows). These are the hotel's strengths. Cons: the hotel is simply falling apart, everything is very old and run-down. The rooms are dirty, they simply don't clean them. The bedding is filthy. They look nice in the photos, but in person it's just awful. The staff seems polite, but asking for anything through reception is impossible. We asked for an iron for two days, called about 10 times, and they still haven't brought it. You can forget about robes, it took three days to get slippers. When we checked in, there weren't even towels, but there was no water; they only brought water in the evening. Towels were only available the next day. SCAMMED WITH TOWELS. The staff takes beach towels from the sun loungers while you're gone and then charges $20 per towel for loss. I can't say anything about the bar; we didn't drink alcohol, but we constantly had complaints from others. The a la carte restaurants are purely for show. It's easier to go for dinner. The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is tolerable; you won't go hungry, but it's not up to par for a 5-star hotel. The dishes are always dirty. Don't book excursions at the hotel; they're 2-3 times more expensive. It's better to book a taxi into the city through the Indrive app; a ride to the old town is 5 bucks. The pools are dirty. . It's better to pay a little extra and go to another hotel. These aren't all the downsides, I'm just tired of writing about them. This is my impression of the hotel, considering we spent four of our seven days on excursions. I don't recommend it.
