We rested in this hotel from 09/01/2018-09/08/2018. There were both positive emotions, and, unfortunately, negative ones, but at first positive ones:
The hotel itself: a large area, the hotel is very green and well maintained, many pools, there are slides))
Beach: coral reef, the sea is just fabulous... with many different fish, urchins, sea worms, moray eels.
Negative sides:
Food: monotonous, we didn’t go hungry, but for the last 2 days I didn’t feel like eating at all, green fruits (melon, grapefruit)... there is something to compare... after removing the bracelet, it was possible to dine only in the fast food zone (from which excruciating heartburn) , it was already impossible to drink drinks, except for water, tea....I have not seen such a redneck in other hotels... (((
The staff at the reception: INADEQUATE, to requests for help (find out the flight, contact the guide), the answer is always the same: "I'm busy, wait 10 minutes", or "dear, don't bother me working"... they asked me to take a shower and change clothes before the flight. . . given a key that didn't work, had to change clothes and wash in the women's toilet!!!!!!!!!! ! Because of such people... the mood, relaxation, the desire to come back to Rehana spoils very much (there is something to compare with, again... )
