We arrived on 18.02. 19. , check-in at 13:00, although we arrived at 08:00, the receptionist asked for $ to check in earlier. The safe in the room did not work, they fixed it only after 1.5 hours, he said that if you were not in the room, no one would fix anything. Wi-Fi is available only at the reception, you can only enter through Facebook, so remember your password and login. The food is 5 stars, the hotel is very beautiful, it’s unreal, the weather was terrible, the wind is strong, well, this is not news for this bay, there is a current in the sea, I was carried away, the lifeguard saved me. Of the 7 days of rest, I swam in the sea only 3 times. Constantly waves and the sea is not calm. There are two pools, one for children which stinks of urine, and an adult, which worked only 3 days, then broke and there was ice in the water. The animation is weak, a very large hotel, they don’t even have time to approach everyone or don’t really want to. The hotel has a disco every evening, I think young people will like it. The hotel rooms are spacious, all with a gorgeous view, a TV (there are Ukrainian channels). There was no hot water in the shower on the day of check out. On the day of check-out, tickets were cut off as soon as I gave the room key. When I asked for help to connect wi-fi, at the reception - they said go from here, but before that I ruffled their nerves at the expense of settling. I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday because of the windy bay.
