The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were given the best room, surprisingly spacious and clean. The food was much better than other hotels. Every day we had different options and it was very tasty. Surprised us with delicious snacks during lunch, by the pool and in the evening they handed out chocolate fondue with cakes to the food court and I tried their famous chickpea soup, thanks for that. And last but not least, the animation team. This year we have seen many new faces. They did a good job of entertaining adults and kids alike.
