In this hotel, insignificant pluses very much fade in the abundance of minuses, ranging from the simple attitude of the staff to the condition of the rooms. The reception staff is clearly offended by something in their work, because they do not do it: they either ask to call back or do not answer at all. On the first night in one of our rooms, the balcony door creaked and beat strongly at night, they asked to fix it. It seemed to us that they had done it, but after a couple of days it all started again. The door frame simply moves away from the wall and beats from a strong wind. They asked to fix it again. We were told that everything would be done, but no one came. They asked them to resettle us, but at first it was refused, then after the guide's request, they promised to resettle us the other day, but this never happened.
Our safe is jammed. Safes also work alternately. We called the front desk and asked them to open it. We were told that at 8.30 a man who did not come would come. We called again, we were told that after breakfast they would open for us. I had to wait and waste my time. Apparently it is necessary to hold the receptionists by the handle so that they do their job. The rooms and infrastructure of the hotel also, to put it mildly, want to leave the best: no one watches the beach from the word at all, the rooms are all shabby and old, and the air conditioners do not work at all. The food in the restaurant is mostly cold. There is zero variety, and what is there tastes disgusting. The bar almost never has beer, and when there is, they pour it into plastic that has just been washed after past guests.
