To say that we were unpleasantly surprised (we chose the hotel based on reviews) is to say nothing! I don’t understand how people can like that tasteless food, that service, that dirt. The "main restaurant" is a dining room with dirty dishes. It was impossible to find clean glasses, which, moreover, turned over directly on a dirty table without any tablecloth or, at least, spacing. The plates were greasy, with traces of sticky old food on the back. I had to sort through the entire stack of dishes to find more or less clean. For lack of the required number of waiters, the tables were not cleaned on time, it was impossible to find a table to sit down to eat, and if there was a free one, it was sticky and dirty. As well as the floors. The cleaning of the rooms was amazing too. For the whole week, they never swept the floor, not to mention wet cleaning. On the second day of staying under the bed in a layer of untouched dust for weeks, someone else's sock was found. After the "cleaning" of the room (they emptied the trash can and carelessly made the beds), papers and other garbage, which had not been there before, were left lying on the floor. The towels weren't changed. The towel that was given out on the street for the beach smelled of sweat. At the same time, they tried to prove that the towel was clean. In general, here you can write a lot about the shortcomings of this hotel. Bottom line: we came home hungry and dissatisfied. Sorry for the money spent. Vacation was ruined.
