Хороший отель, удобная инфраструктура, большая часть персонала - ХАМЫ!!!! Good hotel, convenient infrastructure, most of the staff - HAM!!!!

Rested with my husband from 11 to 18 June 2015. We arrived at the hotel around 9.00. Check-in at 14.00 - paid 20 bucks - settled immediately. Specify immediately in which building you are settled, because there are really remote corners where there is no animation, no bars, only residential buildings! The rooms are normal - standard. Upon arrival, they did not immediately figure out how to use the hairdryer - they decided that it was broken. After a call to the reception, two boys came in 1 minute - they turned everything on, showed it! They respond quickly to comments - PLUS! The room was not cleaned very well - a couple of times in 8 days they washed the floor, did not sweep (I noticed when I arrived in the corner there was a pink tablet - we were leaving, the tablet remained in the same place) - MINUS! But every day new figures from towels - left 1 dollar 3 times.
In the main restaurant there is enough space for everyone, the tables are cleaned poorly, barely brushing the crumbs on the floor, they react with dissatisfaction to requests to clean this or that table. The food is standard for Egypt - you won't go hungry. Dirty dishes did not come across. Alcoholic drinks are normal - from bottles that are opened in front of you (and even beer is not from a keg, but from bottles, although after dinner it is warm !!! ), cola, sprite, fanta from bottles, normal. Were in the Levan restaurant ala - carte - did not like it very much, expected more! My husband had an upset stomach for three days - it’s good that they took the pills! They congratulated me on my birthday with a cake in the same Levan restaurant, after I myself ran to the reception, brought a piece of paper that I was a happy bastard, they just gave me the cake! Ugh!!!
A big plus of the hotel is a large green well-groomed area, many pools! The grounds and pools are well looked after.

Plus hotel - ANIMATION!! ! Guys - well done - give all the best to 100%! Only games in the pool and by the pool are not enough! I didn’t like the fact that they impose paid visiting discos, although the hotel has its own disco, but they don’t advertise it on purpose, they avoid it in order to knock money off vacationers!
You need to go or drive to the sea, but not for long, in principle, the remoteness from the sea did not cause any inconvenience!
And now the biggest minus of the hotel - almost all the staff of the bars and the main restaurant - OUTright louts!!! ! Beer is poured in half a glass, and half a glass of foam, at requests (cultural) to top up - they snort, in front of me the girl poured a cocktail on the counter - so the bartender freaked out, walked away, turned his back to us, and didn’t come up for some time. And they constantly mumble something in their own language.
