My husband and I stayed from November 29 to December 10.2008. We chose the hotel based on the price and the time of arrival that was convenient for us. They settled us for 15 minutes for $20 (the attendant from TezTour said that it is necessary to give such an amount to the reception! ) in a room on the first floor opposite the pool, as it turned out to be one of the most successful in this hotel. Having immediately checked everything in the room for operability, they found that the lock on the door leading to the terrace was faulty. After the call, the hotel worker immediately came and fixed everything.
The hotel consists of the territory of Rehana Sharm 4 and Rehana Prima Life 4 (second line), as well as across the road through a nice tunnel you can reach Rehana Royal 5 (first line). After passing the territory of Rehana Royal 5 you will get to the beach, it is the only one for these 3 hotels.
A lot has been said about food here, everything turned out to be true, at first the menu seemed to be quite diverse, but by the middle of the vacation there were a couple of dishes left that received our recognition and seemed more edible to us, but the fact that you won’t stay hungry is sure, no doubt! Flies, sometimes a lack of dishes - this is also true. On the birthday of some vacationer, all the cooks and waiters gather in such a singing bunch and arrange a mini-show with a birthday cake, very nice... ; )

The attitude of Arabs towards Russians... hmm... you can’t say unequivocally what it is, to say that it’s biased - maybe in some situations, to say that it’s benevolent - like yes, especially when you give dollars, but it seems not, but also only in some cases, I still, I tend to think that in any case, treat them with respect, and try to pay less attention, and with all this, you need to be on the alert with them always and in everything!
The room was cleaned every day, the bed was changed once, towels were changed 3 times in ten days, the cleaner brought a kettle and iron to the room for $ 2.
Tours:
- Israel. They took it through the operator at the hotel for $ 190, in Naama Bay they did not dare to buy cheap tours. The road is of course very tiring, but everything you see upon arrival is simply breathtaking. We crossed the Israeli border in 30 minutes, they didn’t let 3 people from our group through (the girl had a Muslim name, the couple had UAE visas in their foreign passports), our bus did not wait for them, the guide said that when they were released, they will be sent to Israel with another TezTour bus. About the trip, I can only say that the impressions from it are worth much more than the money paid and the time spent!
- Diving in Ras Mohammed $50. Who has never dived with scuba gear, try to do it first in the hotel pool (in my opinion, this can be negotiated), and only then in the sea. I decided that there was nothing wrong with that (I don’t consider myself a coward) and immediately plunged into the sea, to say that it was scary is to say nothing! Yes, and there was nothing to watch, the fish turned out to be MUCH more off the coast of our hotel.
For 10 days, we managed to swim 3 times with masks and snorkels from the pontoon, on the other days they were not allowed to go from the pontoon. it was stormy and we swam near the shore there, although shallow and the corals are dead, but you can see the fish and sea urchins. The sea with its inhabitants in Nabq Bay is indescribable!
- Bora Bora Water Park $30. It’s better not to go there in winter, the stairs are very cold, the water is also cool, I still didn’t understand if there was heating there, in general I really froze.

Finally, before leaving, we took the Cleopatra SPA program - $ 60 (jacuzzi, sauna, body wrap and massage) at the hotel itself, asked to have two girls. I quite liked it, we got pleasant sensations and relaxation, although the salon itself does not really pull on the salon.
In general, the impression of the hotel is not bad, I would rate it as a solid four, which is quite consistent with its stars. I also liked the work of TezTour representatives in the hotel, they are very polite, they explain everything clearly, competent guys, it was a pleasure to deal with them. And the rest was very successful, we left with a lot of great impressions! Have a good rest!
