If YOU REALLY want to spoil your vacation, then feel free to go to REHANA SHARM!!!

Before you go to SHARM EL SHEIKH, carefully study what one of its 4 districts called NABQ is like. In short, this is the newest and least equipped area in terms of infrastructure in SHARM EL SHEIKH. You will not find there cafes with restaurants, discos, or places where you can take a simple walk. The shops are represented by a small number of souvenir shops and one grocery store, in which, apart from chips, there is nothing to buy. All this, of course, can be found in Naama Bay and in the Old Town, but you don’t run into it every day.

And now about the outwardly attractive, but terrible inside REHANA SHARM hotel.

My wife and I searched for a good place for a long-awaited vacation, because we chose the REHANA SHARM hotel ...
Rested with my wife in this hotel from 7.07. 2009 to 19.07. 2009

When we arrived at the hotel, we were quickly checked in. That was the end of the quick fix. We were given a key and cards for beach towels and asked to proceed to the place of residence. Luggage was left in the hotel lobby as we were told they would provide porter service. The road from Reception to our building was about 5 minutes. It should be noted that the hotel consists of a large number of buildings scattered throughout the territory. Therefore, until you get from the outskirts to its central part, it takes about 5-7 minutes. What was our surprise when we went through the entire territory and got exactly to that part of the hotel where construction work is in full swing. Upon entering the building, we smelled a strong smell of rot. The same smell, but even more stale, we felt in the room. The appearance of the room offered to us, to put it mildly, did not match the pictures that we saw when choosing a hotel.
For some time we were in that state when you just look at each other and you can’t say anything. After recovering a little and discussing the situation, we decided that there was nothing left for us but to go to the reception and try to solve our problem. It's been about half an hour since check in. Leaving the building and walking 100 meters, we saw our suitcase, which stood alone on the path and waited for its owners. The porter was probably not strong enough. Having brought a suitcase and leaving the room, we ran into a hotel employee, whom we had previously seen at the reception. He seemed to be casually walking near our room. As it turned out later, not by chance. Asking him who we should contact to solve our problem, he asked to wait and called someone. After that, he said that moving closer to the center of the hotel and to a more comfortable room would cost us “only” $30.
Being in a state close to fainting, we agreed without hesitation. Following him, we really ended up in a more decent room, located in the central part of the hotel. But this was far from what we expected. Later, we learned that the receptionists have a well-established scheme for withdrawing money from vacationers. First, they settle in a bedbug, and then they generously resolve your issue with resettlement. At the same time, some vacationers, knowing about such cases, offer money immediately upon registration. The receptionist takes the money and still settles in the worst rooms. One woman had to pay twice for a more or less decent room.

TERRITORY.

The only thing that can be noted on the positive side is the abundance of vegetation on the territory of the hotel. But this plus is easily covered by the stink of fertilizers that these plants are watered with.
The water slides didn't work for a week.

ROOM.

The well-thought-out design of the room was very poorly implemented by Egyptian builders. Linen was changed once and then on request. Towels were replaced only after they were thrown on the floor. The bathroom has a strong sewer smell. Ants are constantly crawling on the sink. Water pressure not adjusted. It flows, sometimes cold, sometimes hot. Therefore, be careful, boiling water can go abruptly.

BEACH.

From the nearest building to the tunnel to the beach, about 10 minutes walk in the heat and along the buildings under construction Rehana Royal. Of course, you won’t go against nature, but the beaches in the NABQ area are far from perfect. You can get to the depths only from the pier. It is not easy to enter the water from it, it is even more difficult to get out. The steps do not go into the water, so you have to jump on the corals. Many people injure their legs. The pier worker has nothing but a whistle.
Eating takes place in unsanitary conditions. The garbage dump located behind the dining room contributes to the spread of flies. There are so many of them that you are unlikely to be able to eat calmly. There are constant queues for food. Especially for hot dishes. The one who stands on their distribution does it with such a face, as if he is tearing off the last piece from himself. All vacationers are outraged by the cleanliness of dishes and cutlery. There are lip prints and greasy fingerprints on the glasses. Leftover food on plates. And if there are no visible traces of dirt, then you still have to look at the plate from different angles to understand if there is a layer of fat on it. Having gone to a warm country, many people want to eat fruit. … Not in Rehan!! ! The only thing that could be eaten was watermelons. And then they were very far from our Astrakhan watermelons. Bananas, oranges, peaches were served either frankly unripe or rotten.
At the same time, they were thrown out in small portions and queues formed behind them. I did not find any edible salads. Everything is sour and stale.
I could write a lot more, but it's sickening to remember .....

ANIMATION.
In the usual sense, it is absent. The work of animators is limited to singing karaoke. A couple of times in two weeks there were folklore performances. And that is at a primitive level. There are no discotheques. There is nothing for young people to do.

SERVICE.

I will write right away that it simply does not exist. Everyone is arrogant and begging for money. Russian-speaking Svetlana, who, in theory, should resolve all issues in favor of the client, does it exactly the opposite. She did not give an affirmative answer to any complaint or statement. The only ones the staff treats well are the foreigners who are constantly handing them dollars. By the way, in Rehan there is a gradation of black and white. Russians wear yellow armbands, and green for foreigners.
Seeing the bandage, the staff is fine if they don’t send three letters. Before foreigners, they dance on their hind legs. Although the lion's share of the hotel's income is WE!!!

You can write a novel about visiting Rehana, but you don't have the time or energy. Who will have questions, write. I will definitely answer all questions. And it’s better not to ask them, but just choose any other hotel for yourself. It definitely won't get worse. Because what's worse? It could only be better...

And a little about those who write positive reviews about this hotel.
1. This is custom feedback.
2. Girls who flirt with uneducated staff, whose place is to clean toilets. It is evident that they have very low self-esteem, that they sink to such a level. Well, after a night with such machos, you can not pay attention to all of the above.
3. Citizens who have nothing to compare with. Or those that draw parallels with worse hotels. Compare with the best, and not with the rest of the savage in the Crimea.
