I was in Rihan a little over a year ago. After reading the reviews (especially the negative ones) I was at a loss. Comfort and services are worth the money paid. Do not regret $ 20-30 at the reception and then you will live in a good room with a great view (and not at a construction site) and you will take cool pictures (and not take pictures of cockroaches). A dollar a day to the cleaner and everything is cleaned, clean towels, etc. Periodically throw some money to the waiter and you will be happy with everything! You don't want the sea to be stormy... go to rest outside the city in the forest, or on the river!
