The hotel was recommended to us by a travel agency. We were in Egypt for the first time, the settlement went well, but not very quickly. We arrived around 6 pm, sat waiting, then I went to the administrator, after which we were immediately seated. The food is superb. The agency warned us not to expect something supernatural, since the country is poor. Cleaning there is not at the highest level, they make the bed, wipe the floor and everything, as such, there is no cleaning after the departure of tourists, as I understand it, since there was a dirty remote control from the air conditioner, I washed it, and wiped everything else with wet wipes. 4 times I called the master to help me, showed me how to use the safe, there was no instruction in Russian, it simply did not exist at all. I wasted 3 hours on this case with the safe. The territory is chic, huge, everywhere some kind of cleaning is going on, everywhere is clean. True, there was a case when one of the tourists left food on the territory, this plate with leftover food stood on the steps for three days, until I told the waiter to remove it. They quickly took her away. We never hit a calm sea, there was always a storm. The daughter once descended from the pontoon and that's it. We almost never went to the beach. Nearby were shops, there was a pharmacy. There were shops within a 15-minute walk where you could buy inexpensive shoes for the beach, and a tunic, and gifts, souvenirs, etc. I can definitely recommend this hotel. We want to fly in February and I want to go to this hotel. On the plus side, a very good attitude, entertainment, discos for kids are wonderful, the animation is wonderful.
