Отель отличный! The hotel is great!

This is our second hotel in Sharm, the first was Tiran Resort (4 *, first line). Doubted about Rehana, because the second line. In vain. The hotel, compared to Tirana - a paradise! Although, I can’t say anything bad about Tyran. But Rehana is the BOMB!
1. We arrived late, at the airport we bought an Orange SIM card for $10 (it was enough to make calls on WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, social networks for free, and even distributed Wi-Fi to a friend). We got to the hotel almost at 11 pm (according to their time), settled very quickly and said that we could go to dinner. IT APPEARS: the hotel has (every day! for everyone! ) - Late dinner from 23.00 to 05.00 and Late breakfast - from 10.00 to 12.00!!!
2. All rooms overlooking the pools (there are (in my opinion) 12 pieces !!! ). Of course, if the room is near a discotheque, then the night will be fun, but the sound of the air conditioner turning on clogs the noise from the street.

3. Mosquito heard only once. There are flies, but they are poisoned daily (with some kind of smoke smelling of gasoline), and flycatchers are hung everywhere.
4. NEVER buy tours from a tour operator! CRAKHOBORS! And also liars. They lie about something about insurance, here, they say you can get poisoned or injured, they won’t pay you. You will not be paid anything anyway. Just read the text of the insurance. Buy excursions at the hotel: exit the Lobby, on the left side there is a guy who sells excursions.
5. The representative of the tour operator (Aneks-Tour) - Ahmet - this is generally a separate conversation. At a general meeting (which is obligatory for everyone on the first day after arrival), he was rude to mothers with children that, they say, the children interfere with him, but they cannot leave. My daughter lost the hotel bracelet at sea, called him and informed him about it (he said at the general meeting that they were fined for this), he went (like) agreed. But the hotel employee at the lobby said that there was no need to call Ahmet, that it was free and no problem. He promised us to extend the room for free until 14.30 (we have a late flight), we packed our things and went to have lunch, after which we returned to the room to pick up our things (it was 14.25), but they couldn’t open the room, the key was blocked. They told us at the lobby that Akhmet extended our room only until 14.00, when Akhmet was called, he calmly proved to us that he had promised only until 14.00, then added indignantly that we had broken the key and demanded something. In short - Ahmet is not an honest person.
6. Mido Bikham - local tour operator who offers excursions - rude and boorish. Not only did he give us different prices for the tour three times (we wanted a Mega Safari: quad bikes, camels and dinner at sunset), and he wrote the last, highest price after we agreed to the previous one, on arrival to the SAFARI park, it turned out that we had to pay him not 65, but 80 dollars. We told him that we had no money, that we were only counting on 65, asked to offer something else for this amount (since we had already arrived), for which he issued - you - the Ukrainians have already got me. Then we said that we would not communicate with the boor and asked to return the money to us. But the guy in the park offered just a safari, returned the difference of money and we had a very cool ride! Well done! That's just, to celebrate, the name was not asked. But twenty times they said a huge thank you to him!

7. But, I'll tell you, it's all such a trifle, compared with the pleasure that we received from the sea, from the hotel itself, from the polite and attentive staff!
8. We decided to go to the Old City, again, we asked Akhmet to order a taxi for us, to which he said - $ 15, we said - Thank you, no, it's expensive. We just went outside, the minibus stopped, we asked - the Old City, the driver said - 1 dollar per person. We drove back the same way.
In general - I recommend! The hotel is great!
