We rested with my daughter in this hotel from 14.05. 2021 to 21.05. 2021 (departure from Kyiv at 4.55). tour operator CoralTrevel, a ticket was taken in Kramatorsk in the tour agency "Last minute" for 13 thousand UAH. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, immediately issued bracelets and sent for breakfast, which is standard almost everywhere in Egypt (puffs, melon, dates, orange, yummy tangerine, grapefruit, vegetables, milk, omelettes, yogurt, feta cheese! hard, sausages. You won't go hungry. ) After breakfast, we walked around the beautiful area a little (although we know it, we used to be in this hotel in 2010/2011), and at 12-00 we were already given room 9014. Thanks to Mohamed (it seems like a tall, slender man, with a sign on his finger) for excellent large room and prompt resolution of all issues throughout our stay! ). Everything worked, the hair dryer was like a vacuum cleaner, the water was always cold and hot. We didn’t go for lunch because we were on the beach (in a 5 * hotel - french fries, vegetables, fruits, donuts, beer, cocktails, meat slices and meatballs).
Dinner at the hotel (cakes and pastries, oriental sweets, vegetables, watermelon, melon, dates, orange, yummy tangerine, grapefruit, plum + peach, salads, grilled meat, potatoes, 3 types of rice, lasagna, pasta, etc. ) d) Eat as much as you like!


There are a lot of people in the dining room (on May 14.2021, many Arab families stopped by), but there was enough food and utensils for everyone. It was sometimes problematic with the tables, but the waiters try and quickly remove the dirty dishes and find a table (thanks to Hazem, the boy with glasses, he will always bring cutlery, and if something was missing from the food, if they came late, they will bring food. I there was not enough jam and melon one day, so Hazem brought a bowl of jam and a plate of melons). If you do not have enough food, do not hesitate to ask the waiters and the guys in the hall, they will find you among a thousand heads and bring food (they brought us so halva). Thanks for your hard work and attention! There is a lot of food, enough, it's just that we came late.
There are a lot of free sunbeds near the pool (clean, brand new), and there are also cocktails, fries, pancakes, popcorn, ice cream.

The sea, across the road in a 5 * chic, beautiful reef and a lot of fish (pontoon). In the morning, mostly waves and a red flag, and in the afternoon, admire the beauty of the Red Sea. On the pontoon, the guys give a circle, vests, even for a rope that is tied to a circle they hold you and can swim with you if you are afraid. Well done! everything is prohibited on the 5+ territory, the security guard sits under a palm tree and makes sure that you don’t jump into the pool, don’t use the water park (Madame, you can’t come here, only the beach and the sea are for you). There are enough sun loungers for everyone on the beach. Tuk tuk goes to the sea (if you are too lazy to go). Animation - you won't be bored! (morning and afternoon near the pool, in the evening in the amphitheater and on the lawn) is always fun and different, there was a foam party twice. Well done guys!

Alaa cleaned the room (clean, twisted animals out of towels, decorated with flowers, brought 2 bottles of drinking water to the room every day, whether they drank or not).

The Internet at the reception is weak, everyone calls in the evening, but by the pool during the day it is very excellent! Our guide Mustafa is a very normal guy, he found out that we were in Egypt 8 times and did not bother with excursions. We liked everything - the staff is attentive and kind, they try to make you really rest, the food is delicious, the sun shines and warms, the sea is a fairy tale! The territory is clean, well-groomed, workers on their knees choose garbage in the grass, this is very hard work.
In the evening, the boy walks with a sprayer and poisons mosquitoes (although there are almost no mosquitoes this year, they may have been poisoned well) On the day of departure (and we had it at 20-40), no one cut off the bracelets, they fed us dinner and it’s big too + hotel administration . Thanks a lot! We flew on holiday and we had a great time!

Although there is a small -. We flew away on Friday, and on Thursday, as usual, we came from the beach and dried beach towels on chairs on the veranda (1st floor), when we returned to the room after dinner, one towel was not found. Of course we were upset, we immediately went to the reception, called the security guard, they said we'll figure it out. In the morning we went to the reception again, and there, pay $ 20, the mood deteriorated a little, someone stole, and you pay. We talked a lot, but decided positively. Thanks to Mohamed Hassan, Abderahman and the short bespectacled man for believing us and resolving the issue and allowing us to take a towel to the beach.

But the small, nasty type at the center for issuing towels (closer to the dining room) turned out to be a rude and boorish! I didn’t want to call the reception and clarify whether or not to issue a towel, he said that he had a friend there and when he called, he would look again. Of course, we ran back and forth, and the boor disappeared somewhere (so we didn’t see him until the end of the day). We come to rest from the bustle of the city, work, and I will not allow anyone to yell at me on vacation. It's a shame for the people who took the towel (you are the same vacationers, let's respect each other's vacation). I ask the hotel management to choose discreet and well-mannered employees.
