Болше плюсов, чем минусов. More pros than cons.

Pros: Plenty of food (main restaurant), drinks are excellent. The rooms are clean.
Cons: The heating of the pools was promised from December 1st, the figts left on the 9th, it was already cold to enter the pool, but there was no heating.
Rude staff still occurs. Most of the kitchen are nice and kind people. It's nice to remember with a kind word - we took pictures with many as a keepsake. But there are a couple of boors who are so tired that I said a firm "shut up" repeatedly. Some kind of Egyptian constantly did not let us sit down with one big company of 7 people for a 6-seater table in the very corner.
The Indian restaurant was generally shocked by a rare bastard cook and waiter. We came second and served us penultimate. It is customary for them to curry favor with the English-speaking bourgeoisie. They were served in the first place and only kissed in the ass. It was very noticeable. The food in the Indian restaurant is disgusting, as well as in the Mexican one.
