Got to this hotel for a few days through the fault of the operator TEZ TOUR. There was an opportunity to compare with another 4th (Sunrise Island Garden Resort 4), where we initially took a tour and where we eventually moved. Subjectively - the hotel significantly loses to its competitors both in price and service. I don’t even know who I would recommend it to, probably poor Russians who love a fun vacation “with their own” and cheeky animation.
Minuses:
1. Close proximity to the airport, planes periodically take off overhead, not annoying, but you involuntarily pay attention.
2. Construction on the territory and behind it. It's not very fun to watch, especially if they're trying to suck in a room where a perforator is working behind the wall.
3. Room. The hotel may have ideal rooms, but it took us three days to make our room more or less decent for living (fridge, hair dryer, exit door to the terrace, water drain in the shower, several light bulbs did not work).

Location. A minimum of shops, prices are three-story due to the lack of competition, the bay is quite windy.
5. The coral reef is the smallest of those that I have seen in other bays (Naama Bay and Sharks Bay).
6. Maybe we didn’t search well, but we didn’t find a bar on the beach))
