We didn’t have enough reviews ourselves, so we decided to write. I will write only good things, and what I don’t write means it’s really bad.
So the journey began with a child being given stale food on a Windrose plane (we saw the date after the child had eaten). I didn't even think about what it could be. But maybe. We arrived at 8 am. At the reception there is a blonde manager Olya - Russian. She can understand anything you ask. Recommend. Bracelets were basically not given until 10 (in order to save on breakfast in the main restaurant). Therefore, if you find yourself in the same position, exit the reception inside the hotel and go along the path all the way to the left - you will run into the main restaurant. Nobody looks at your bracelets there. Things remain standing in the sun in front of the doors of the hotel (children's chocolates had a hard time! ), until they are taken to the rooms by a special worker in a burgundy shirt. But this will only be possible when you are given a number. And you (without baksheesh) are allowed only after 14-00. Don't let that ruin your vacation. To the left of the reception there is a toilet, when you exit the reception hall to the hotel, on the left there is a staircase to the 2nd floor, there, on the right, there is a library (air conditioning and everything else). Change clothes there and swim! Many newcomers have questions, but as a rule there is no one to ask them - only Poles rest in the hotel, with a couple of dozen Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians and British. Therefore, the chance to catch a compatriot is small. But the Poles do not feel like Slavs and do not seek to help, I tell you. Do not believe that the hotel guide will tell you everything and show you. All free time the guides sit and watch something on youtube and other sites on their laptops, willingly communicate only on the topic of trips (we went from the mez-tour, the opinion is based on our guide and a quick look at other guides). So, many "numberless" tourists are interested in where there is a toilet on the territory. The first one is to the left of the reception desk, the second one is above the library, the third one is near the second pool, opposite the Fish-bar near the building, another one is in the main restaurant, and another one near the main restaurant is stairs to the 2nd floor (to themed restaurants). Hope this knowledge helps someone. You can order a drink in bars, just be in swimsuits and don't wave your hands in front of the bartender - he has no time to check for bracelets.
Settlement. I won’t say anything bad, because we didn’t want to wait and paid baksheesh, so we settled at 10 in the morning. We lived in building 4 on the 3rd floor. In 9 buildings (the last line) live animators, employees, the buildings are being renovated, some rooms have picturesque views of the construction site behind the hotel fence, the same applies to building 5. The rooms are very good, I will not paint for a long time, everything worked, the conder worked smartly and without restrictions. I'll make a reservation right away about the incident that we had. The husband made a mistake on the floor in the first days and freely opened the room on the floor below and went there to meet the frightened non-compatriot. When the cleaners clean they only have 2 keys on their keychain??? ? This, of course, somehow strained us. It was also stressful that the doors to the balcony have a cunning latch (not only in our room) and may not slam tightly from the first five times. What is it for us, but for those who have a room on the 1st floor with access to the lawn... And yet, civilization has come to Egypt, but in some ways it swept past: there are no shampoos at all, only dispensers with liquid soap near the sink and shower. Conclusion, carry the shampoo with you deep in your suitcase. I forgot to say, when handing over the key to the room, you will be given plastic cards that are incomprehensible to you (they cannot be lost), they are needed in order to receive towels for sunbeds for free (near the Fish bar and opposite the reception). For the loss of a plate or towel - 20 bucks. As well as for the loss of the bracelet (this has not yet been encountered anywhere).

Room cleaning. I won’t write bad things, I won’t use swear words: they washed the floors in the toilet, swept the room, brought water on the day of cleaning (and this is wrong according to the rules of the hotel), something was twisted on the bed 1 time. There is a sticker in the bathroom about saving water, this is not a request, but a warning! Towels were changed if they were on the floor, and the bed was not changed even once in 2 weeks, so that they would not do it to me (and we are 100% sure of this, because the children stained the sheets in chocolate, and slept in chocolate ). Every day they asked to clean the room, because they wanted a dollar, but we no longer wanted to contact such a service.
Water. You are required to bring water to your room every day in a bottle, because. the hotel guide will forget to tell you that this is the responsibility of the hotel and the tap water cannot be used even for rinsing your mouth - there will be diarrhea. Don't forget about it, the rest is short. But if you are not a fighter for the truth, then there are few waiters in the main restaurant until 10 in the morning, get at least water from the cooler, at least UPI, or after 10 - at the Fish Bar.
Staff. Very diligent, helpful, smiling. They work 14 hours a day. If someone began to take a break, then the “senior” immediately appears and begins to scold them. Nobody asks for money. Cons: too few waiters in the restaurant, tables littered with dirty dishes, although it is clear that people are fussing and working. It is very difficult to wait for drinks in the pool bars - queues. But the guys work like clockwork. They give 2 glasses to the hands, but this is a decision "from above", not bartenders.
Insects. Ants appear in the room only if you store food like this for 12 hours, no mosquitoes were seen. Flies are annoying in the morning, while there is no heat. Workers constantly spray plants and grass. By the way, that is why I do not advise adding basil to food, which is in a vase on your table in the dining room - they do not wash it.
Children's corner in the dining room. The first week the video equipment was terribly buggy. And in the second week, it was either sent for repairs for a week and never returned, or someone stole it : =)) as the managers said, but there are no cartoons there.
Children's animation. Children in the children's room with Katya the animator sat with pleasure: a bunch of puzzles, toys, constructors, paints, origami, face painting - the children were pleased. Mini disco in the evening. I only want to say good things.

Animation. I promised not to write bad things, so I don’t write anything, I can only say that the program in both Rehans is the same, the cycle is 1 week, then a repeat. Liquid, weak even for a pioneer camp.
Pools. Wonderful, there are a lot of them. There are leaves and flower petals. During the day, a film builds up along the edge of the pool from lotions and creams of vacationers. Hence the sand at the bottom, many crowbars take a shower by the pool after visiting the sea. Happy cafes in the pools. The pools of the second line are always in the shade in the morning. Slides work by the hour, there are no big queues. You can go on children's and adult slides in Rehanu 5.
Sea. It is better to go to the beach of the Savoy hotel. On our beach (you can get there by car, which runs from the underpass to the coast regularly and free of charge), the bar is on the left, near Rehana Pier 5, and our pier is on the right of the beach. An unthinkable number of umbrellas, deck chairs, fences. Entrance to the sea only in safety shoes and not earlier than 10 o'clock (usually before that the red flag weighs). The sea is worth it. Be sure to take a mask and snorkel: the reef and fish are great. At about 16-00 (every day in a different way), a Napoleon fish floats to the surface for 2 minutes (with a diameter of a meter, no less). You can get a lot of pleasure if you take a few crumbs (feeding is prohibited, and the fish begin to noticeably pinch you if they feel a lot of food). The fish are very curious, you will be pleased with moray eels, and starfish, needle fish, flute fish, sea urchins, and a bunch of others.
Bathyscaphe. This is the only thing we decided on with a small child. Very nice. In Rehan 5, near the Chinese restaurant, there is a United submarine table with employees in yellow T-shirts. Everyone from different tour operators was loaded with us (from them directly) into one bus. The difference in price is 10-15 dollars per person. There is no Russian guide at all, neither the thesis, nor the turtesses, nor the others, as well as individual Russian groups that they talk about, do not believe it. People who overpaid were very indignant. Additional expenses: you wait half an hour in a cafe (so that at least something is bought), you are offered a photo for memory 7-10 dollars, a video 15 dollars, 3 dollars. Prospect with Red Sea fish. The all inclusive drinks are a glass of Pepsi when climbing from the bottom floor of the sub. So be sure to take a bottle of water with you. We really enjoyed the tour.

Electricity. I will state the facts without comment. During the 14 days of rest, the electricity in the evenings (3-4 times in the evening for 3-7 minutes each time) was cut off in the entire hotel for 6 days. I remembered the 90 years in the Motherland, it's good or not - you judge.
Nutrition. Quite sufficient, although not very diverse, meat, a lot of fish and every day, they ate crabs on principle, although the muck is rare, they do not know how to cook them. Of the fruits were melons, apples, dates, oranges and grapefruits, figs were 1 time in 2 weeks. For raw foodists, perhaps 3 dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner were raw peeled potatoes, carrots, zucchini ?? ? Very tasty feta, and pastes from it. We had no questions about food, we found food for different tastes. The Fish bar had fast food for lunch: hot dogs, french fries, hamburgers.
Conclusion. It seems to be a lot of good things, but I won’t go a second time and probably don’t recommend it to you.
