We returned from Rehana Resort on January 24 at night. A sea of impressions. Before going to this hotel, like many vacationers, I read reviews about the hotel. Upon arrival home, I got the impression that people who unsubscribed in the comments were looking for only negative aspects in it, which are practically non-existent. There are a lot of negative comments on different sites that are not confirmed or substantiated by anything. I'll tell you my side of the holiday.
Upon arrival at the hotel (11:00), we were settled almost immediately, of course, not for nothing, but for 20 dollars. We got a great room, with a view of the slides (where the main pool is). The only story that seriously frightened us was when we left for Jerusalem for a day, and when we arrived at 1am, we found water on the floor in the bathroom. At first, they didn’t pay attention, but when I raised my head to the switch, I saw that water was dripping from under it (more precisely, it was flowing down the tile in a tiny stream). Then I looked at the entire side wall where the switch was located, the hair dryer (in short, electricity) and saw that water was oozing from under the tile all over this wall. At that moment, it became very scary when my boyfriend and I saw water and realized that there was also electricity . They called a plumber, everything was fixed within 2 hours, but the fact that such a situation existed scared us very much, imagining that we could be electrocuted. Well, if I'm already talking about a negative start, then the most that we didn't like was the receptionist's attitude towards tourists. When our safe was blocked, we called them and said that our safe was blocked and we need a person who will open it, in response we were told: "It will be now. " This phrase sounded 3 more times within 1.5 hours, then mine could not stand it and went to the reception, they said that he would be only tomorrow at 13:00, so what the hell, sorry, we were promised that he would be here now. The next day comes at 13:00 - there is no one, I call at 13:20 and at 13:40 again the phrase "It will be now", again mine went, they say that: "He was, you were not in the room. He will be at 17:00". Anger seized both of us, as we were in the room, waiting. My Zhenya got angry and in a fit told them to give the money 20 dollars (per room) because of the terrible service from the receptionist. As a result, in the evening we took 20 dollars, took the head of the hotel, the director, for the kingpin (we only later realized who he was at the hotel) and went to the room to open the safe, well, then we opened it and this story ended thank God. There was nothing more negative. The food is good, varied, the cooks and waiters are friendly, all dirt and debris are immediately removed and wiped, empty plates are immediately filled, in short, everything was fine in the kitchen. The territory is clean, green, all in flowers. The bartenders are all good, kind, and we generally became friends with one, his name is Yasser, he is not on the main pool, but where there are 9 buildings. He is generally the best and as a bartender, and as a person just great! He always made cocktails most responsibly. When we even left, we were moved and shed a tear, because people like him are very rare to meet. We found a common language with him right on the first day, despite the language barrier, we speak Russian, and he Arabic, we do not know English well enough and he, like us, explained himself somehow, but the most interesting thing was that they understood each other perfectly.
Well, a separate line about the animators. These are not people, but solid YULs. They entertain everyone everywhere, do not let you get bored at all. POSITIVES are walking, especially OMAR, MIGO and SASHA. The girls Diana, Christina and Galya are also great at entertaining the audience. Well, Artyom (a new animator) is also the same shot! On the one hand, he seems modest, but as soon as he soaks something, we immediately grab our bellies. Animators just class. You rarely see such cheerful, always smiling people. Sanya very often led active fun water aerobics, Migo with his phrase "That's it, the shop is closed" killed me on the spot, and to Omar's dance "Gangam style" we generally lay on the floor. In short, these umats entertained everyone from old to young. Great guys and great animation team.

Everyone who thinks to go or not to go to this hotel, we advise you to GO, because you are unlikely to find such an excellent outdoor activity anywhere else!
