I chose this hotel based on reviews, it is the best in Egypt. In my experience, the best service in Turkey, when I arrived at this hotel, I felt like I was in Turkey. We always choose comfortable hotels, as we have a rest with children. We did not wait for check-in, literally in 10 minutes we were given a room. We booked a room near the water park, and they gave us a sea view, it was excellent, we just had a wedding anniversary, maybe that's why we got a present in the form of a better room. Shuttles go, i. e. we didn’t even have to go. We liked it so much that we probably won’t consider other hotels in Egypt. Everything was clean, neat, perfect, on time, everything was great in the room and on the territory. In this hotel, we didn’t remind the staff of anything, they clean it efficiently, towels are changed, there is shampoo and no questions. The restaurant was always just a lot, seafood. We ate at a la carte restaurants, but they need to be booked in advance. We paid the girl at the reception, she booked all the restaurants for us, we ourselves would not be able to get into all, as there are many who want to. The kids club is good, we were able to relax and the kids were busy because the girls are good there. The staff is wonderful, friendly. Everything was just perfect in this hotel, nothing to complain about.
