A lot has been said here about the pros of the hotel, and I will write about the cons so that future customers understand what they will have to face. . . for the hotel and what I get in the end. And let me remind you that the hotel positions itself as a PREMIUM class! So, about the cons.
1. Room (24110)... What struck me the most was that there was no common door to the shower and toilet. That is, the booths themselves are covered with simple glass (with human height) and therefore all sounds and (sorry for the details) smells are safely transmitted and heard in the room. The rubbish bin is crumpled, it's the same as if they hit it with a foot from above. The business folder is all shabby, and the pencil is just bitten! It turns out that when cleaning the room, they simply do not pay attention to this.
I smoke, but I did not find an ashtray on the balcony or in the room (although they were originally in neighboring rooms). I had to put cigarette butts in an empty beer can. When cleaning the room, this could not be overlooked, but the ashtray was put only on the fifth day of the stay.

On the second day of arrival, I asked for an iron with an ironing board... They brought it, but they said "only for two hours. " Ok and thanks for that (although in a similar hotel in Turkey they gave for the entire stay). The most interesting thing is that the cord from the iron was very short and simply did not reach their own ironing board !! ! I had to iron things on the floor. PREMIUM hotel!
2. Waiters, bartenders, service. . . The hotel still has to work, work and work in this direction! Except for the staff of the PEOPLE restaurant (they and the employees of the a-la carte restaurants are the only professionals and did everything impeccably, it was nice to be there and it’s not a pity to part with a tip), the rest... honestly, I would have fired! I have not seen such, sorry, indifference to clients anywhere. It was quite “fun” in a bar near the beach (on a small stage)... One waiter (for all vacationers) ran around with round eyes and tried to remember everything that was ordered to him (he probably did not hear about a notebook with a pen). As a result, we waited for our order either for a very long time, or they brought us something that we did not order at all or did not bring at all. I asked for a Bloody Mary cocktail, the bartender did so... poured tomato juice into a glass, poured vodka into it and that's it! That is, about how to make this simple and common cocktail, he probably didn’t even know “stupidly” made a swill that was even impossible to drink. But it's still flowers! We asked for Chivas Regal 18 years old (it's free and is in the hotel announcement), so the bartender said that I was charged 850 euros!! ! I got a little crazy and went with the same question to the Lobby-bar, where they asked me for 50 euros already. . . It's already fun. . . Then I turned to the reception with the question "What is going on here"? To which they answered: “Sorry, there was a misunderstanding, now you will have a Chivas party... As a result, they brought 50 grams each. Smiled)). The service in the bars is VERY slow and even a tip didn't help much. As a result, they went to the bar for drinks themselves, so it was faster to get something and keep the mood. PREMIUM hotel!
3. Entertainment. . . Evening shows are very weak. The groups that perform there do not shine with professionalism, especially the dance ones. Boring, not incendiary, half a foot worked / finished the funeral and goodbye. Also, there is no talk of any laser, light show or fireworks, this simply did not happen. There are animators, they try, but it doesn't help much. In principle, the hotel is boring. There is, of course, a water park opposite the hotel (also Rixos), for hotel guests it is free. Not bad, but for some reason half of the slides didn't work.
4. Meals... Diverse enough for a good 5-star hotel, you certainly won't leave hungry, everything is there and delicious. Mashed potatoes 10 points! Chefs are great.

But I think putting mirrors on counters in front of food (to make it look bigger) is a little childish and probably meant for a more impressionable audience. . .
My summary. . . The hotel itself is beautiful, interesting, modern, on a grand scale and well thought out, I really liked it and have no complaints about it. But everything was ruined by the service and not giving a damn about the little things. Would I visit it again, of course not. If there is the word PREMIUM in the name, then this must be consistent in everything! I recommend choosing another decent hotel for less money.
