The territory is large and beautiful, a lot of greenery, swimming pools, flowers. The hotel is not very new but clean. There were always enough sun loungers both on the beach and near the pool. Cleaners go everywhere and immediately remove the garbage. The pontoon can be called a minus, but we knew where we were going, so we were not disappointed. And of course the area itself. In February, you probably need to choose another one - it's very windy, even during the day in the shade in a swimsuit is not very comfortable. And the sea is warm - if you immediately wrap yourself in a towel.
The room was clean and bright. Hairdryer, safe, plasma - everything worked. Cleaned up very well, made swans. A small minus is that we had two beds pushed together instead of one. Although we booked as a newlyweds, but apparently they forgot about it. When we told our guide about this, they promised to fix everything. And just two blankets were laid on the mattress so that the gap was not felt : )) Well, that's okay.
The food is very good. For breakfast they make omelettes, a lot of delicious pastries. For lunch, dinner, meat in various variations, fish, a large selection of vegetables. From fruits apples, bananas, persimmons, kiwi. Mountains of desserts.

The staff is mostly friendly. Especially in the lobby bar. They make delicious cocktails. For some reason, the same cocktails looked different on the territory ((Very tasty in a la carte restaurants. Especially oriental and Italian. In general, everyone greeted us, smiled, asked how we were doing. Tipping was left from time to time. Of the minuses - on the beach they refused us towels, saying that there were no clean ones. We sat next to them and waited for them to come. As a result, after 10 minutes a man came up - they gave him immediately. We followed them. They told us - they already brought them - take them. Although I don’t understand how they could materialize out of thin air))) In short, a trifle, but unpleasant. This behavior is not clear. But I didn't want to sort things out. Everything else is ok. Yes, keep in mind. if you signed up for a restaurant for dinner from 19.00 to 20.45, and you come at 19.40 you will NOT be allowed in! You can't be late here
All in all, a great vacation! And small flaws could not spoil it! I fell in love with Tropicana with all my heart! And if I get a chance, I'll come back here again! I hope my review will be useful to someone!
By the way! I advise everyone to visit George Clooney's store - opposite the abandoned Horizon Hotel! It's very cool there! You can safely choose souvenirs, no one imposes anything! And prices are much lower than market prices, but fixed! This is not advertising! Good luck to everyone!
