We were at the hotel over the Christmas holidays. They settled us with a surcharge of $ 20 in a superior room in the second building (near the sea and the central restaurant of Marrakesh). The staff is smiling, 1000 times during one meal they will ask if you are okay, what will you drink, etc. The atmosphere on the ground floor in the Marrakech restaurant is created by an administrator named Banderas. Although, what is there in the restaurant, it creates the atmosphere for the whole rest !! ! When we appeared on the threshold of the restaurant, he always shouted with a smile: "UKRAINE! ", looked for a table or served a new one in 5 seconds. Also a huge thank you to the waiter Hanny and the other guys! Everyone is smiling and joking (this despite the fact that we left them gratitude in the form of a tip only upon departure! ).
Food. In Marrakesh, the food is very tasty and varied. There is always enough water, if it is not put up, you just need to ask the bartender and he will give it to you. We were in the Arabic and Chinese restaurants by appointment, as a result, after visiting them, we went to dinner in our native Marrakech.
The drinks. For our taste they have very good beer and white wine. The rest of the alcohol, for lovers of intoxicating rest, it is better to bring with you.
Tours. At the hotel, your operator will say that all tour desks outside the hotel are not licensed and will deceive you. Don't believe!! ! Our friends hurried up and bought an air tour to Cairo from a representative of the join up tour operator for $ 260 per person. After 10 minutes, we bought the same tour from an Arab named Maxim across the road for $ 195 with the same day of departure from Sharm as our friends (we saw these tours for $ 175). A few hours before the expected departure, our friends got a call from the representative of join up and said that the trip to Cairo was canceled without explanation. We flew away safely and had a great day in Cairo and Giza. Instead of Cairo and the pyramids, they tried to sell our friends Luxor for the same 260 dollars.
